Note that at time index 1:23 that the resonance is being applied to the CIRCUIT, not the water itself. Referring to the dielectric of the water demonstrates a capacitive attribute in a circuit, not specifically an attribute of the water itself. The resonating effect of ANY circuit is dependent on the capacitive effect of the capacitor (in the this case water cell) in the circuit in question. This important to understand in order to properly apply Meyer's technique.

Stans words *in another interveiw. I tune the pipes like an AIR ORGAN in church. So, the pipes must be resonance chambers. They must be the same pitch. Then the PWM is needed to resonate the electricity that goes to the tubes that also further resonate the sound/eletric that splits 4 times as much atoms of HHO that also are 4 times more potent, meaning, burns better. This must be done to make the proper unit. Tune the pipes to each other!

Great Video- very well done :) Thank you for posting this video up. Also- Xogen has a patent on a very low amp system which releases Hydrogen and Oxygen from tap water as well. If you would like the direct link to the patent, let me know and I'll send it to you :) I'm starting out with Vaporizing the gasoline in my car- and also adding a 1.8 Liter's per minute at 12.5amps water fuel system by Astral Engineering in Malaysia. My ultrimate goal is a 100% water fuel system- Zero Gasoline Usage :-)

@biloulable I recommend going to GEET International and GEET Friends home pages and build yourself the Self Inducing Plasma Generator, also known as the GEET Fuel Processor. To me, this is the most simple way to achieve using water as a fuel source, which allows you to both increase fuel efficiency, and use water mixtures with fuel, as a fuel source. Start with a small engine 2hp 4cycle, and then move on to converting an automobile. Let me know what you think about your first GEET :)

clarify .his capacitor is the spark plug/injector and ultraviolet led his the (sun of god) as stan says .the sun immits ultraviolet..........his patents may well have used tesla coils and cockroftwalton generator but he had to look like he had reinvented all that stuff so he redefined the text .also slightly encrypted it. just pointing it out simply..............KISS as in his words

@traphic11y I don't know if you have noticed but the site i posted at the end of the video (globalkast.)has a lot of photos of Stan Meyers ORIGINAL circuit boards he used on his car in the 90's.. also all of his patents.. Explore the open research and development website.. If you cant reverse engineer the circuits from the photos provided i am sorry.. but i assure you they are the ones that were on Stan's car in his 1992 interview he did of the car..

@traphic11y, look up stans international patent called A CONTROLLED DRIVER CIRCUIT FOR A HYDROGEN GAS PRODUCING CELL.. you can find it under the documentation tab located on the globalkast home page.. There is a schematic in that patent you just have to fill in the blanks with the pictures provided.. or you can buy a replica of stans control driver circuit from globalkast ... you need more then just the circuit though (transformer + water fuel cell, etc)
