Reminds me of going nuts with LFO controllers hooked to arpeggio and other functions in music making software like LMMS or FL Studio. Put another LFO or peak controller that does something to a reverb effect on some drums, and it gets funky rythm change-ups. Stacking LFOs on LFOs is fun too.
@ArnoldVeeman - Sure... you're in. I will definitely ask for everybody's help once I re-learn my patching again. I think it is more on what you are trying to achieve, then you can make it whatever patching objects you're using. It may become a big file but as you learn more cheaper objects, then you can improve your patch. Just a $
Very very cool. Do you think it's necessary to know a lot about music theory to develop something like this? I don't know much about modes and switching between them.
Very nice. What sort of generative system are you using here? e.i. How is the data being generated and modified? I see some random generation, but it seems as though each iteration of 4 or so is based on the previous one.
Data were modified or controlled using the qwerty keys. Every sounds were generated by PD except the loop that I chopped, assigned and controlled. The random generation is not based on the previous one.
honestly, i couldn't remember much as this is my first patch that i developed and am not patching much lately :(
hopefully, i'll get my arse back with pd again and develop it further.
I will, the problem is... I couldn't find it anymore :( . It's been a while. Gimme your email & as soon as I find it, I will send it to you. Sorry meyt!
glad u like this patch, thanks. this is the patch that i developed since i started up with pd (i was inspired by spore's music at the gdc 08'). unfortunately, i couldn't remember what I did here & I have to relearn it back :(
I posted the patch long time ago in the PD forum without the soundfiles. I have to dig it somewhere as it's been a while now and I stopped from patching for a while. I'll get back unto this again.
Is this for download anywhere? I would really love to experiment with this!

Could you share this file with me, as I am learning Puredata, and I wish to see how exactly it works?
