This looks delicious but it's not one of the traditional variations. There's asam and curry laksa and this is the laksa form with chicken. Traditional variations will include chili paste, cockles, shrimp, fish cakes slices, and thinly sliced Vietnamese coriander (aka laksa leaves). The wonderful thing about curry laksa is that you can deviate from traditional ingredients and it will still taste delicious!
