It's true, Skullcandy look good, but cheap plastic. Mine failed from what they call "Agressive Listening". The warranty process is decent, if aggressive listening is determined, they give you 50% off next purchase.....but it is really just a clever ploy so that you pay twice as much on your first purchase, and the pay the proper price for each replacement thereafter.

This is a classic ex. of Acid Underground Trance. 1st time I heard this was years ago on Paul Oakenfold's Album. Thats when Oakenfold won No. 1 DJ award three times, he use to spin a lot of Acid underground beats. Hands down the best headphones I've owned were a pair of Shure. They can go from Bose prices ($100) up to $550 but they blow away the competition. Skullcandy has nothing on them.
