I've gotten hooked on this album and this song! Was so good to find it on youtube! The lead singer is great! And finding Seb on it was an added joy! Thanks guys!

I found a mint 45' of "When the Lights Are Out" from Bomb Records back in 1990. I had no clue who Bob Segarini was except he performed the theme of "The Edison Twins". I had a listen and I've been a fan ever since.
