I had a similar glitch happen while I was at Vault-Tec HQ, except the flying robo-brain got stuck in a wall and its arms were flailing wildly.

The funny thing is when I went to search the body one of the arms hit me and apparently killed me because it did a little slow-mo scene of my head exploding.

Some thing like that happened to me... I went to big town and out of no were this robot took off flying over the buildings. I came back 10 minutes later i saw it again. I cam back again and the enclave appears and killed every one.
