The law was already active in Ohio. The Hospital did not know the law which was transfer care to newborn ICU. They did not hold the baby because they were suppose to kill it. That was when the federal law was made to cover for any state that did not have born alive law.
Hamsher lies like a cheap rug. Whew it must take a whole lot of energy to be that much wrong and uninformed.
