  • @vakilee right 99 % cant ? i did my first in 4 days 5th day 3 in a row now 10 days i can do 5 or 6 easy i ad 1 muscle up every day so like 25 days 25 muscle ups

  • hey timba. I tried doing that in the gym. Couldn't even do it once. I weigh 225 pounds. What do you recommend to work on because i really want to be able to do those. Secondly, how much do you weigh.

  • Looks like it's as much an aerobic exercise as it is a shoulder workout - almost like a drop-thrust. Also looks like there might be a couple pretty good ways of modifying it to be more of a muscle workout if you wanted - like to hit biceps or back more. Cool. Did you come up with it?

  • Nah. I saw it on youtube actually and was curious if I could do it. I remember doing like 14 reps with rings back in high school...
