I kinda find it funny that usually players get out of the scorpion at that point near the end and go on foot. I was able to easily fit the scorpion on the right side through and take it all to the end where you have to go on foot. (Scorpion won't fit through the tunnel at that point.)

yes, thats the city that it takes place in. The level, however, is called METROPOLIS if you acually played the game

you can't hijack the shadow or the phantom in the game but you can blow of the phantoms guns with the rocket launcher
