LBJ didn't lead the conspiracy; he only benefitted by it. LeMay retiring just 14+ months following the assassination is curious in & of itself, particularly w/Nam commit on the horizon. Could he have been moved out as a way to insure no undue suspicion be directed towards the Joint Chief's? The JC's & CIA viewed JFK as a traitor. W/their assorted right-wing assets including the media, they had the means & the ability to pull off the assassination of JFK & cover it up. LeMay was one sick bastard.
LeMay was probably also part of the conspiracy led by Lyndon Baines Johnson that murdered John F. Kennedy. LeMay was present at the autopsy of Kennedy a few days later in Washington. Why was LeMay so interested? In any event, LeMay was probably the craziest, most depraved general the US ever produced--and there were many others competing for that title. Shame on America!
LeMay was a coward and mass murderer of women, children and babies by the most horrible means imaginable. He did it all proudly by r-o-a-s-t-i-n-g them to death with napalm and nuclear weapons at the very time that Japan was trying to surrender but not "unconditionally. During the Korean War the US added 2 million more victims by r-o-a-s-t-i-n-g with napalm. He also was almost certainly aware of LBJ's assassination of JFK--if not an actual participant .
interesting, when the great General ran for office he was the victim of "Operation Mockingbird". Some suspect that Nixon was behind the attempted assassination of George Wallace.
