Very evocative of the women in the 1990s. I don't think she sounds vocally at all like Tori Amos, but she's of that "school", anti-bubblegum. A little Fiona Apple-y too. I love the alto, my voice coach years ago told me (and i'm still just a soprano) that a great alto was quite a thing, a soprano was a dime a dozen.

I'm so glad i saw this, i saw her first on SNL and this sound quality is SO much better! I'm looking forward to more from her. Really a beautiful lady.

@TheGagulina i hope she gets better with singing live though, sometimes she gets it just right, i'd like to think it's just nerves but usually she's got a good voice, only thing is Tori is always flawless, live or recorded, if she can improve this she'll stick around. Love her songs though.
