  • online players dont understand that it is important to be nice to donks and fish, because without them where would poker be? without donks and fish making money in poker would be as hard as making money playing chess, even harder... so be nice to the fish

  • yes hewas a wanker indeed

  • Few days ago a wanker like this called my under the gun 4xraise after me with 46os and then floped the straight....WTF. I had AK suited and i got K on the turn.....Busted.

  • I think you overthought the hand, shoving 1200 into 2800 will probably get called...once he makes the turn decision to call he's aware you can have the nut flush. You basicly get less than half the value for betting 500 or whatever.

    Basicly what egofault said, lol.

  • not bad stats but would thought u were better since u making a movie like this

  • wow, tough hand to play

  • i think, your bet at the river was completely wrong, you should go all in, he would called you for sure cause of your short stack. can someone explain why you bet this way?

  • I think you should have gone in, this guy looked like a big sucker.

  • wait a minite... how can u see there hands already????

  • id have pissed myself if he flipped over 3c 7c

  • The title of this video alone is epic win

  • i play poker online at full tilt now i know it is deifferent from pokerstars but do you have any tips when playing online

  • oh you did bet the flop i withdrawl my previous statement

  • A quick C-bet on the flop imo would have been the better move to try to induce a reraise from someone just put you on a continuation by checking the flop and check raising the turn even a marginal player would of folded that hand. you were just very lucky to flop the nut flush and lucky to have such a bad player in the hand

  • this looks too much like advertisment instead of a solid video. nice background music and mic-settings thou. really not hard to listen:)

  • hey turtle I watched ya in the $10 midnight madness on wednesday... you got down to I think 800, but it didnt look like any cards were coming your way, I look forward to playing with ya (: Good luck

  • I like the way you played the hand. You probably got the max out of him. Good video.

  • hey turtleknife this poker calculator has been out for ages can we look forward to a new cash game version. . . . kind regards

  • Hey Marty, question on the AcKc hand, when you flop a very strong hand as you did (nut flush), why would you value bet on the flop especially against aggressive players, why not check the flop and let them bet it, you know the calling stations are calling or folding regardless if you bet or they do? Even if it's checked around, it's unlikely another card is going to come to make a better hand than yours, usually players will just catch up allowing you to get it all in on the turn?

  • Good point and I generally agree, however I had 2 calling stations in this hand, and 3 opponents. I find these situations great for value betting a strong hand based on the likeliness of some wanker coming over the top becuase they hit "something" on the flop.

  • Makes it look more like a feeler bet.

  • I thought it was a good bet. If you don't bet the flop, most players will head for the hills when you check-raise the turn. But if you bet the flop it's conceivable that you don't have it.

If you ask me, Turtle did a good job of owning this guy.

  • how come u saw his hand there? He called u but never showed. If thats the case then could u just see his whole cards at any time?

  • Tournament Indicator retrieves hole cards from the hand history automatically for the user - entirely legal, but much quicker.

  • ok, i understand that you are able to see a players cards using the tounament indicator after the hand is finished, but doesnt that give you an unfair edge? You are able to see the types of cards that your opponents are playing and they wouldnt even know it. If you lose a pot by folding and the player mucks his hand, can u still see his cards? If so, then you would be able to tell in the future much easier the types of hands he plays. That just wouldnt seem fair in my opinion.

  • There is no intelligence advantage because you can retrieve the hole cards via hand history normally, when the play permits it. There is only an advantage while using TI as it automates the process.

  • Bro, PokerStars let's you do that. Indicator or other software isn't even needed.

  • i play at pokerstars awell, theres some amount of donks on there. i lost 50 bux coz someone went all in against my poket kings with his unsuited 3 4. pffff

    love ur vids turtle!

  • Even with your pocket Kings you were at best a 82 % favorite to win the hand preflop.Would you have felt worse if your pocket Aces would have been cracked? You had the best hand going in, but it didn't hold up. That's poker.

  • if it were me then one player would have had 2-3 of clubs and another player would have had 7-8 of clubs.

  • Good video, though looking at any statistics after 6 hands is worthless.

I think you would've been more profitable by check / calling the turn then insta pushing the river. I bet he'd snap call you thinking he's catching you in a bluff. Check raising the turn is just making it obvious you have a super strong hand and not making the pot that much larger.

You're probably a much stronger player than myself, just my two cents.

  • Turn play wasn't premium, you are correct.

  • Stats after 6 hands in NOT worthless, especially if you have seen some of opponent's hole card choices.

  • Okay, not worthless... but I'd venture to say they might get you in more trouble than the knowledge is worth.

  • thank god for morons playing j 6 off

  • Would have been so funny if he had 7,8 of clubs. Hahaha. Good stuff, thanks dude.
