I'm sorry to have to disagree with the other commentators but I think that's an appalling way for a rich and powerful person to behave, particularly someone who has made their fortune portraying diffident bumblers on the movie screen. I also find it extraordinary that he has never been prosecuted for any of these outbursts, in spite of the fact that he has done it on numerous occasions. I'm a big admirer of Hugh Grant's acting skills but I think he deserves a beating.

@deathfalk You're absolutely right, I certainly don't always behave as I ought to, although as to how I would behave in Hugh Grant's situation I expect I'll never know, because the chances of my becoming a celebrity are very slim :) I do get the impression though that he vents his frustration rather more viciously than most. But I apologise for the beating comment, I guess that was an example of me overreacting, lol.
