You may think you do automatic writing thru meditation. That's baloney. Intuition is one thing. If you were a medium, you'd feel how scary it could be if approached by an evil spirit. It's very hard to control and if they want to write, they will. There's no such thing as practicing. You either got it or not.

A "dead person" ? By that you mean a soul that has passed over and from our perspective is no longer in incarnate physicality? That is fine - if that is what you wish. The energy that comes to you will be of like vibration to yourself if you are in alignment with the love, light frequency. If a different energy comes to you it is YOUR CHOICE to bring them through. They do not "possess" you - if you remain within love, light as your free will is paramount. Peace

Lately I myself have been communicating with my inner voice, and although at first I thought it's simply my imagination making things up, I know that my higher self is there and probably is my ateway to communicating with my own guides (as this higher self is probably in an other dimension). Everybody seems to make it sound like some "entity" takes over your body and I think this "fear" has been stopping me from doing much contact with my guides. Once you have a strong connection with your true guide or beings of positive higher Light & you start working with them, you no longer need to ask for protection every time as this is an automatic given to anyone working for the Light.
