Sheriff Joe... I think that you should put your chain gang to build the fence atleast 20 feet tall. The cost to build would reduce dramatially. Material, food and water for inmates, medical attention. etc. Pay them as if working a basic job as an inmate. Deport when sentence is completed. They can use the money earned while incarcerated to get a place to live in their mexico country when released. Good idea, huh, Joe?
