The ones on MonsterQuest were moving in a very erratic motion, up and down, and very slow as well. Most Rod videos are shown as quite long, and streamlined, tey are also clearly far from the camera you closed-minded assholes.

It's true, they busted it on MonsterQuest today. They caught rod footage on a high speed camera and it turned out to just be a fast passing moth.

They are just a moth like creature, but it amazes me that they can move at such fast speeds. It took a 1000 fps camera to capture them looking like a moth. It is still extroidenary for an insect to move that fast.

nah they aren't going fast. the bug is closer to the camera than everything else in the shot, the camera is focusing in the spot then the moth flies by and the camera tries to refocus and capture it, making it appear "long" and going fast

dumb kid they debunked the flying rod in china. read about on wikipedia. they recorded flying rods flying into a net and when they checked they were just moths and such that created an optical illusion bc video cameras cant record enough frames per sec to keep up with the insects

Actually, flying rods are a valid case and have been spotted all over the world. Their are countless videos of these things flying in front of somebodies camera while they were filming something. It has also been confirmed that they are not insects, birds, or a camera lens trick.

There are no such things as rods. It's a certain video camera that gives off this illusion. Research this area more and you'll find out. I love pheonominum, but this thing about a new flying bug has too many holes in it.

They originally filmed rods many at a time flying by, and around Jumbo jets, usually only caught on high speed cameras like the onws skydivers use, I doubt there are any insects flying up where a jet is in mid flight, or as fast as a plane to move around it in circles, I believe they may exist from what I saw ,it was on tv maybe on here somewhere,
