I feel that this is a very under rated pick. He is explosive, smart, and fast. Not the biggest OLB but with Orakpo on the outside, he will have many opportunities as offensive lines will try to double team Orakpo. I don't believe he will be elite but he will be a solid, well rounded OLB and being with Orakpo will make him even better.
