I have puchased the new slilvia last week and have been trying this new machine to get some good crema. Not easy. I put less coffee and give a lighter tamp. Do you use the rocky grinder??
I am also using Rocky and learning how to pull a good shot. Always use freshly roasted beans. Of course there are many other variables affecting your shot. Try to google for other users experiences.
about the question on the description,i think we are the first to have the new silvia and new also to espresso world. Let the video a little more to see the crema ''sitting''. I have this problem too. I am making everytime grinding adjustments and the late days i found the the tamping force must be more to me. Have you ever tried pre-infusion?
