@IMAHACHUNE Search "What is UTAU" in the Youtube search to see why NicoNicoFlaky added that annotation. The Yukkuri-like voice IS Defoko using the UTAU program but it isn't a real person's voice. If you put two and two together, the user had to use one of the available UTAU voices that came with the program which is Defoko.

The voice is annoying and it covered over Love Coloured Master Spark which minorly pissed me off cuz that is like my favorite touhou theme XD

That isn't Defoko, that's the Yukkuri voices made with the same program.

@JazyKuunAnimations Defoko was made was Aquesetalk, I'm pretty sure. Maybe I was wrong.
