Cobra Commander, as you know, is my favorite fictional anything, to see him fighting all the other big bads is going to make me cry for joy. No way will Ruber be able to stay in power for ever, he's gonna get attacked by all kinds of evil. And if your taking suggestions: Tzekel Kahn teams up with Maleficent who accidentally summon Aku. And then, Jack Spicer and Cobra Commander team up.
