Thoroughlly enjoyable climax with a 'big reveal' moment for Lucas, chilling action scenes for Ros with some superb dialogue. As for Connie, 'Ding dong the w/bitch is dead'.
totally confused. is it spooks, is it mi-5? i have never been in a situation to see the series from the beginning. i'll see some on bbc-america a while ago and recently on pbs from phx. i have been watching the seasn with the change from adam to armitage. episode 73 with harry being interrgated while connie is being discovered ended with 5 or less minutes left. recorded it to watch later. i something else ran long so i missed those minutes. i cannot find. help plz, spiritrydr yahoo.
It's "Spooks" in the UK, but when they released it in the US they changed the title to "MI-5". Probably because 'spook' can be used as a pejorative term in the US.
@patcon314 Spooks in the UK is pejorative also. The Security Service have never liked the term especially when it is applied by Special Branch, who are themselves baby spooks. Pecking order from the playground as usual.
I love Spooks. Series seven left me needing psychological help. I mean three deaths in the series and Harry missing. Can't wait to see series 8 which i found out today is starting up soo on bbc one.
This is a super series. i would like to the Australian Broadcast Corporation for showing it as the commercial channels put out crap such as Friends, Raymond, blah blah blah...
This is probably the only decent program on television for some years. The British make great dramas and this one is probably the best you can get and you dont have to go to the cinema to watch it. Every week is a cliffhanger. I am watching the episodes that havent aired in New Zealand yet. It doesnt get any better than this as far as drama goes. What a world of intrigues we live in. The murky world of politics is not far from all of us but it is still nothing like we imagined. Kudos
you should watch code-9. its a spin off set 5 years from now, in which london has been destroyed by a terrorist nuke and the entire population of southern England-about 20 million people, plus the government, has been moved north. Britain is a police state etc etc.
she had like 2 sec after dearming to get out

Used to like Connie, but always thought she was a freak. And she always had a thing for the Russians.
Shame she turned out to be a psychotic bitch, but there you go.
Glad she was killed off xD

Loved it?
My psychological health has never been the same!
I almost broke down when Connie killed Ben! I could not believe that she was a traitor/he was dead!

I loved this entire season
And wow, what a cliffhanger it was!
anyone know the music when she's asking who he blames for Russia?
zooloops682 2 years ago 6
@zooloops682 the music is called "Saving Jo" I think and was played in the season 6 finale as well. It can be found on the Spooks soundtrack :)
