at my 16th b.day , It was going to rain and i was going to have a party in the garden. Not ok... I focused on all clouuds and I asked God to make them disappear. I really wanted this, I wanted the party to be done outside. I stayed focused 10 minutes, and 2 hours later there were no clouds in the sky and my party was awesome!! i accidentally done this.. i watch the cloud that was moving fast.. then suddenly, its stop.. but all the clouds around it were moving.. then a few seconds pass.. it was vanished.. i thought it was just an normal until i found this video
I have been doing this since i was a child. I thought it was normal. Try making a cloud stationary as the rest move past it. Im sure you already have though. Namaste
