You may be referring to the tape which plays in the exhibit to enhance the ambiance. The only video with real sound from the poison dart frog is the one of the Phyllobates rerriblis (yellow poison dart frog) calling. You can hear him through the glass of the terrarium.

um dart frogs come in different colors. we dont have different species in one rank how dumb are you. there are several species and this museum is known around the world

Taboo?? According to whom? And careless? Hardly! This is an extremely well-run exhibit in a world-class museum under the care of scientists. These captive-bred animals are very well cared for and healthy. Their well-being is paramount.

I would like to point out that in the wild these creatures all live together in the rain forest, not in separate enclosures.

Dude do you know anything about poison dart frogs? They`re social animals and actually LIKE to mix with other species. Some dart frogs can actually breed with other species.
