  • how ironic, a norwegian forest cat that sees snow for the first time.

  • No cruelty accusations? I'm impressed.

  • @Kiasrai she threw snow at them. CRUELTY!!1

  • Norwegians... love snow more than womans... wait

  • Very cute. Mine is named Patsy. He likes rain more than snow, but we don't get much where we live!

  • "Now i can fufill what my ancestors have fufilled...TIME TO CONQUER! TO VALHALLA!!" hahah viking kittens.

  • Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't Norwegian forest cats one of the biggest cats in the world? (I mean domestic cats, not tigers etc. ;-) )

  • @Pavouk106 well maine coons are the largest i think, and savanahs are they tallest or something? i think thats how it goes. but forest cats are huge too, soo....hmm

  • @CrypticYang Maines are comparable in size to Wegies in both height and weight. Savannah cats are kind of hard to count as they're wild/domestic hybrids. But Siberians are also very tall, solid domestic cats.

  • @Pavouk106 Savannah cats are the biggest domestic cats

  • torture

  • @ShjameshCarter You're joking, right? Norwegian forest cats are pretty much literally built to live in the snow. I love how very poofy they are, even as kittens.

  • @abkalmo oh, ok. Thank you very much! Is the reason why they get the knots because it gives them a certain coating in their fur? Or are you not sure? I was just wondering because you seem to know a lot about NF cats.

  • @abkalmo ok! Thx! What kind of food should you give them then? Because my cat is sorta old too. The knots eventualy fall out when you sorta play with them though.

  • @CannibalCupCake1 Well, I suppose you should check with you vet first, but ours recommended buying dry food labeled "for older cats" at our local pet shop. The normal pet food at the local supermarket is too rich for older cats. I forget what it was too rich in exactly. Once we switched the knots went away permanently.

  • I have a norweagen forest cat too! They like to get knots in their fur. Especially under their neck and stomach. So you have to brush them often.

  • @CannibalCupCake1 You should check their diets, if they get knots it could be the cause... My family has several NFCs and we're Norwegian ourselves :) Our vet told us to change our older cat's diet, it was too rich, the knots went away.

  • I'm from Norwegian. Those cats looks like a fox tail.

  • named ur cat maus? i love eating there! yummy falafel's

  • i have a norweigan forest cat he's all white i'm worried i won't find him if we have the same snow this year : )

    loverly cats

  • Cat: "What is this field of White?!"

  • It's lovely to see them having fun. I have a NF cat as well and she has brown markings and has exactley the same mannerisms as yours.

  • im surprized that they dont climb your fence, and i agree with the person below me...kinda big for there age.

  • They're SO cute! Their tails are amazing. And huge, at this age, but at least they'll grow into them. :)

  • @JiaBlackholesun Norwegian forest cats' tails grow proportionately to their bodies. Their tail is that big compared to their body forever.
