It is really sad how Arthas turned to be the Lich King, and how he lives the rest of his life in a Frozen Hell. And it is Really nice the way they had putted his farther's voice in the back ground.

I think that the trailer had some really nice graphics, but it think it would have looked cooler if u saw the Horde and Alliance Battle against the Scourge (This is just my opinion, don't start to trash talk to me k?)

it is so epick that i dont have word's!!! iii well i dont know what to say because it is a such great story! the consept of how arthas got is magnifisent powers and i belive that the armor he has is his father's armor, the guy talk's like he is arthas father.....EPICK !

My guess is that he was told this as a child, and it happens to be echoing in his mind.

After the events of WarCraft 3, he kept the armies raised already by the Cult of The Damned by taking on the Lich King's Mantle.

not quite true dster111. First Arthas was a decent man, a paladin who thought for Lordaeron and his father. Lordaeron was infected with a terrible plague which turned the living into undead. The more Arthas tried to fight the Scourge, the faster he delivered his people into the undead hands. When fighting the scourge in the heart of Northrend he found the artifact runeblade Frostmourne, but it was cursed. It was empowered to steal souls. He did however defeat the dreadlord commanding the undead.

Yet after his victory, the blade began to drive him mad, the voice of the true lord of the dead whispered through his mind, corrutpting him. After Arthas came back to Lordaeron, he was greetet as a hero, but something was amiss. He slaughtered his father and became the first DeathKnight of the scourge. He then becomes Lich King after defending his master from the forces of Illidan. Asuming the helmet of the Lich king, they bonded into one person.
