Chris i gotta say u make cooking exciting. I never did care for being in the kitchen yet i love to eat. You've help change that. Holla !!! From St. Croix, VI
Great video....always wanted to try it with the egg also though, when would be the time to add the egg...maybe you could do an egg fried rice sometime I would greatly appreciate..Do you have a cookbook I can get somehow...I am from Trinidad let me know if you do if it's available in the bookshops here....Thanks again...
@lushusrue I usually add in the egg 5 minutes b4 its done. Just push the rice mix to the sides by clearing a circle in the pan and fry the egg in the middle then when its fried to ur liking just mix it all in..
you know u said we will get the recipes as soon as they are posted if we subscribe. Is it the sizzle issues that u sent via email that u r talking about? Are those the new recipes that u send out? Ta
If Chris says it's good, I know it's good....lol.....love it Chris you're the best....I will be making this over the weekend.....you just remind me of all the dishes from Trinidad that I forget to include in my American diet. :-)
Thanks Chris, I will be doing veggie fried rice your way from now. One observation though, I'm amazed that you manage so well with that short-handled spoon lol.Great job and I really look forward to your recipes.
I normally wash the rice and let it dry then fry it in oil, onions, spices, soy sauce and then add enough water to cook but not too soppy, then wud add the veges or chicken after. In Guyana I normally use chinese sauce which gives it a lovely flavor n colour but where I am I have to use the soy sauce just to give the colour and add my additional flavor.
Yours come out nice but I find wen I do it your way, it just doesnt come out right, maybe im doing something wrong. Love the videos.
This is a great recipe that was posted on Food FUN (Facebook Page) After 10 days of Juice Fast, followed by a Raw Food Diet into 2 weeks now, this is the recipe that caught the narators attention. Like Food FUN page & see how they recreate your already fabulous dish! Thanks :-)

What brand of brown rice do you use? Came out grainy like par-boiled rice.

Nice job Chris... I made this however I added a 1/4 cup of Chinese sauce as well as the soy sauce.. it helped with the salt needed for this dish...
Thanks again..
