You do know that Oblivion's drop is only like 20 ft smaller that Sheikras. Sheikira's drop is 200 ft and Oblivions is 180 ft. Also 2 mph is the difference between the rides speed.

Looks like some people are jealous of Sheikra and Griffon. Oblivion is the past. Sheikra and Griffon are the new generation vertical drop coasters. Get over it people.

The whole idea of the vertical drop was actually taken from the Oblivion at Alton Towers. The 5 second pause over the adge, etc. However, therest of the ride, such as the loops, carriages and water are original (hopefully).

want a crazy ride try Xtreme and Tatsu at Sixflags. Xtreme has got to be the most wild rollercoaster ever.Imagine your seats flipping while dropping and making loops all at the same time. Oh and Tatsu just imagine flying you are literly on your stomach face down nothing below you just cant explain have to ride next time in California.

They are taking away the old trains and replacing them with new, floorless ones. Also, the floors at the station will be "drop out" floors so people an get on and off the ride. It closes May 28 and reopens June 16.

its longer than oblivion, but thats not the point of the ride. The first drop on oblivion sends u into a pit of mist, which is much more thrilling.
