@CuppaWorkout Thanks. Yes. I did the onehundredpushups website program. The last two weeks were pretty tough. I guess I could have done better had I stayed on longer. But I wanted to work on pullups and other stuff. I do not do intense pushup trainings all the time but I do some pushups on regular basis.
@MsFitforfun yeah, same for me too. I want to do a video like yours (100 consecutive) once :P so that I can tell my grandchildren (later in the future) that their nana once can do 100 good form push up consecutively haha.
But after that, I just want to do 50 - 100 as part of my regular workout, I like doing variation too. learning all kind - dive bomber, handstand, etc so that way, we keep challenging ourselves.

@ktonlai I agree, hundredpushups program is not easy at all and many people dropped off at week 4 or week 5. MsFitForFun shows great determination & strength to complete this program (and better than most ppl) and she finished too, well majority people don't (and the jury is still out for me :p).
Good effort, but next time put your hands under your shoulders, stop bending your knees, keep your back straight, and look up in front of you. You'd be better off doing less good form pushups then 500 of those.
I started the training for this and I am so inspired by you! I have been hard pressed to find video of a woman doing 100. Forget the haters--you did something here that 99 percent (or whatever) of people can't do and it is inspiring as hell! Awesome. Thank you for sharing.
I still think you did good. In soccer we have to do 100. Conditioning just started and the coach made us do 40. (it was pretty hard) And omg don't even get me started on the crunches...they were AWFUL!
Those are not real pushups. they are 3/4 of a pushup. you can do probably 70 real pushups. took me a month to be able to do 100 military style pushups
@Wonkypooh Thatsnk! That would have been nice. But even these were not that easy for me. :) I never claimed that I did 100 perfect pushups now did I. :)

They aren't bent.. That's just the pants hanging down.. They are prolly a little too big.. It just makes it look like they're bent.
