Wahoo is a true legend. Boris, aka Jim Nelson, is not in Wahoo's class, but was a very good worker and a true gentleman outside the ring.

My brother did a show with Wahoo not long before he passed, and when the color started, Wahoo told him "I've got so much scar tissue if I SNEEZE hard I bleed". Nothing like knowing yourself....

When Boris jumped from the AWA to the WWF, he probably made a lot more money, but was basically a jobber. He did draw quite a bit of heat in the AWA. Too bad that Verne couldn't hang on to his talent.

@RevDarkehorse Agreed. Zhukov was really just a glorified jobber in WWF but had been a solid mid carder in the AWA as a member of the Sheik's Army. I enjoyed Boris' fued w/ Sgt.Slaughter.
