@uClicked majordump didn't make this, roosterteeth did, and i'm not sure what program they made this episode with, but they do actually show you how they made the face modals for season 9, but the show isn't as small budget anymore as it used to be, so i don't think the programs they use now are cheap. if you're looking for a free program to do 3d shows/games/ect, try blender 3d.
