The back button is the lock button on Android, but some people on jetdroid.org have changed it.

So let me get this straight, I could easily do this (im a noob) without causing damage to the OS used in S8000 and it would let me use all the features from this android version and I'll just choose which OS to boot at start?

I thought my Jet couldn't be used for anything usefull, but I'll have to check this out.

Touch Screen

@fugitive505 The battery isn't that good on the Jet Anyway, I get 2 days at most, but I charge it every day. On Android, it is worse, but once it is properly configured to run android, it will greatly improve.

@amirpourjafar You install android on a SDHC card, so you will have the origional Samsung OS and the Android OS. It is dual boot.

Lock button = Back button

Cube button = Menu

Call button = Answer/Call

End call button = End Call/Lock

Volume = Volume

Camera = nothing yet - will be set as camera once working

Button above camera = nothing

@yourtube20061 Yes, I have noticed the touch screen is more responsive. I don't know about scrolling through images but it scrolls trough the wallpapers great. As for the startup, I like it too but I think it will be getting replaced by the JetDroid logo.

@Edman1993TAKE3 Hi, it runs smooth with launcher pro or Home++, and the error message is because we don't have the correct drivers so the calendar can't run. Once we get the schematics, we will be able to get everything like WiFi, camera, Bluetooth, calls etc working.
