  • @MaritimeHockeyTV man the dartmouth whalers are amazing! We played against them in a tournament and they creamed us 9-1!

  • I don't think that you have to Improve on your game at all cause your great! Keep it up

  • Glove lil bit lower, work on recovery speed,

  • u need to be faster

  • Movement looks technically sound, but that first save in the video (nice btw) you need to be faster at getting up. Especially at the AAA level. I play houseleague and I get up about that fast =)

Other than that, you look like you're just kinda going through the movements... not really pushing yourself and trying to hustle to make any save.

Save at 0:36 - get up with your opposite leg and you'll get there faster.

Other than that... good butterfly slides, great reaction speed. Keep it up.

  • @kptheegoalie buddy you play house league. i don't think you should be talking

  • @iBradyniollie Buddy, half the guys who are goalie coaches aren't currently playing. And it's not a matter of whether I can apply the techniques or not, it's a matter of knowing HOW to execute them and being able to tell others. Honestly, I doubt many people commenting on here are at the Midget AAA level, let alone higher.

  • @kptheegoalie Of course those goalie coaches aren't playing anymore. That's why they're coaching. But good goalie coaches probably played hockey at a higher level than house league when they played.

  • @iBradyniollie Guaranteed they did, but just because I haven't played at a higher level doesn't mean I can't pick out the obvious stuff. I wasn't criticizing the guy. If you post videos of yourself on YouTube and leave the comments free for posters, you're going to have people pointing out the obvious errors. Take a look through the comments. At least I pointed out a lot of things he did well, instead of only focusing on what he needs to work on. Do the same for my videos if you want.

  • work on your crease movement. your movement needs to be quicker

  • Work on your leg speed

& hustle to the bench, this isnt pee wee hockey man.

  • bring you glove down just a bit. Other than that your pretty solid. Nice stuff man

  • I see you have alot of good habits, as far as positioning, stance, and technique. One thing I noticed, and it's something I need to work on too is your recovery. On Shots from farther out, you wait a second or so to process where the shot was, before you lift you leg to recover. I would work on that, so that it becomes second nature to recover after every shot. How old are you by the way?

  • im 18

  • Good job man you ever played cole harbour or dartmouth?

  • all the time...we had a big rivalry with dartmouth

  • @xTheMACattackx i played for datrmouth whalers Atom AAA then moved to fredericton, new brunswick

  • fredericton Canadiens RULE!!! my friend made it first year as a midgit player this year. got a goal his 1st game

  • preety good man i played in that tournament last year too awesome tourny

  • Wow...Why are people hatin' on this guy. He's obviously good. If you're going to post something like 'you suck' at least be able to tell him what he's doing wrong instead of looking like an ignorant jackass. His glove drives me and everyone else on youtube nuts, haha...But other than that he's pretty dirty.

  • you suck.

  • nice of you to be positive...by the way...what do you play?

  • ignore him he's a retard. don't see him playing aaa, and being successful at it do you? nice job dude.

  • keep ur glove down

  • you need bigger padds u have so much room between ur legs when u do a butterfly but evrything else good!

  • ya i just got new ones...those were 34" but i just got 35+1 premier 2s so im set that way....butterfly is alot tighter now to

  • nice job

  • i like your style , great skater dude!

  • ur glove is too high...it's better mid way up so its equal time to go up or down with it ... (not being mean...just trying to help...im still learning myself)

  • i actually have lowered it since then...its at a "normal" height if there actually is one haha

  • awesome...good luck with ur future play!..=)

  • your glove is always too high

your stance s too wide which makes mobility not so easy

you should hit the gym and do agility excersises and your style is slightly sluggish and these days goalies are extremely fast take a look at price for example

other than that you are pretty good keep it up man.

  • go habs go! =P

  • This commits you to the down position making you more prone to high shots. You also seem to butterfly in only a wide style which is killing your rebound control realize their are two main butterflies the wide and narrow if you have a lock on the puck use the narrow also on those tight angles but really work on staying up longer and rebound control and your game will improve immensley. (check out my goaltending coach group at Goaltender development institute)

  • do you train with gdi or do you work for them? the starter for the jr team i went up with at the end of the year has gone to gdi before

  • dude you honestly don't look horrible or really bad at all you seem to spread your legs wider and wider as you move side to side following the play.

  • omg yo if that kid is aaa

i should play in the nhl he sucks

  • what do u play if your so good?

    and where?

  • never said how good i was bud

and i played major midget aaa in nova scotia last year

this year im playing for ridley college in st catharines ontario

in the midwest prep league and the cisaa

  • your the luckiest at the start, inside the post lol. you played better in warm up...

  • haha not only post...but crossbar to! it musta been my game lol
