Hey man! To get this as an HD movie I exported it through Adobe Premier Pro as a widescreen video set at 1280x720 as a quicktime video through the media encoder.. there are a bunch of other options I did but don't remember. I kinda just followed a youtube tutorial on making HD movies :).
