  • where is the rest of the or the beginning of the video? Other videos dont show mixing lye or methanol???

  • @bluemax your fucking retarded just put your helmet back on and stare out the window of your"special bus"

  • Next thing blumaxx1 is going to say. It's illegal to buy and drive electrical cars. People need to stop talking and do more reading before they make them self look like an ass.

  • @blumaxx1 where the hell you live? Its not illegal to make or use bio diesel in the Great United States Of America

  • wait.. i dont get why u have to mix methanol and the pawter(?) i saw other video were all u need is to rilly filter the oll until is very clear!!!!

  • man . you are good

  • anyone tried___ w w w diymagneticmotor com ?

  • hey dumb fuck, you forgot to mention its highly illegal to run this fuel in your car,or truck, considering no "road tax" has been paid on this "boot-leg" fuel !!

  • @blumaxx1 Its not illegal to use homemade biodiesel in the US. I don't know what country you living in. If you in the US then i don't know where you got your info from. There are even laboratories you can send samples to get tested so you can sell the stuff you make. There would be a lot of people going to jail if it was illegal. As far as the road tax goes gov't probably sees it as an even trade off. If they using biodiesel they ain't polluting the air

  • @dendog21 Any fuel sold for road use is subject to the road tax, period. Technically, any fuel used on the road is subject to the road tax, without exception. The chances of getting caught for the latter are slim. The chances of getting popped for tax evasion for selling it are considerably higher. It's just like making moonshine as it is a revenue issue. Maryland even had a task force to test fuel in semi's to see if it was off-road/farm diesel for that reason.

  • @blumaxx1 Moron. It's called IRS form 637. Grow up.

  • THis guy is prostituting a great and green idea. What a shame!!

  • @saeidmomtahan They're promoting alternate fuels on a show called Trucks, where the average viewer doesn't even want a catalytic converter on their vehicle. What more do you want, hippy?

  • .70 per Gal. Pricey. How about 03- .05 CPG for filtered WVO

  • There are methods to produce the fuel without a processor.

    See what you think.

  • The "Gee Whizz" commentary is REALLY annoying

  • soy oil ??? cotton seed oil ???

  • Cutting that hay and tens of thousands of acres of "noxious weeds" to make hay to drop in the ocean (where the weeds will not grow) to absorb the oil.. then collect and burn for fuel for electric power etc... would employ unemployed, stimulate much of the agricultural harvesting industry, and decrese the constant spread of "noxious weeds" improving the efficiency of the livestock industry's feed tasks.

  • Hay for livestock feed is dried plant material that is grown to feed the existing livestock.

Some of that hay is very marginal because it has an abundance of what is called "noxious weed" seeds in it. Only poor or uneducated people would purchase such hay for their animals because those "noxious weed seeds" will contaminate and begin infesting the pastures of the animals fed with it are kept in.

...Much hay goes uncut because of noxious weeds growing in it and no resale value.

  • The cells that make up the bodies of animals and plants have "lipid cell membranes".

    Lipid means fatty, oily.

Oil is "hydrophobic", that means it does not like water. If you drop oil into water, then it will attract to itself as it tries to avoid the water.

Dropping dried plant material into the water that has oil in it results in the oil attaching to the dried plant material.

Removing the easy to scoop up dried plant material also removes most of the oil.

  • too bad

searched out Freedom Fuel America and found a company in Idaho.

The website, however, does not seem to exist any longer.

  • @highlandscoutrider

    The oil co. shut them?

  • @highlandscoutrider back online

  • Can you use hydrogenated oil?Can anyone go to the oil spill and gather up and clean that oil? Did they put the dispersants on the gulf oil so people could not get their own oil off the water. It's in large gobs and easy to gather. It should be coming out for a year.

  • the only problem where to get the oil

  • tons of the stuff collect from your local takeaways ,just knock on doors it would suprise you how many pay for getting it took away you will collect for free !

  • Great all i need is a diesel car

  • bring back stacy david he was trucks a simple guy showing us tips on how to make them run faster and look better now all the spike powerblock is sponser parts and two jack asses getting paid to pretend to like cars when the off hands do all the work one show only has one hone host and thay say we did this or we did that when it was the off cam crew that did it what a bogus crock i bet i could start a list of shows that offers all the tips and none of the sponsers

  • moonshine is methanol if you makinf your own fule might as well make the shine tooo makes things much cheaper i run it in my tractor lawnmower and car saves me tons of money

  • Is that a bad idea or what , touching the glycerin with your hand

  • They're not made from plastic, it's pvc tankks. You can get the same tanks and pumps from a tractor supply or ace hardware store. The whole set up costs about 400 U.S. The most expensive part is the methanol (racing fuel) 10 gallons methanol will produce 50 gallons biodiesel 5 to 1 isn't bad for the price

  • Nice cartoon :)

  • where can i buy this type of set up??

  • Don't buy this set up because plastic tanks are bad.

  • Why are plastic tanks bad?

  • Because they melt when you have heating elements in them. Also coming into contact with methanol and lye over a period of time will degrade the tanks.

Use a steel tank like a vented water heater or air compressor tank for your reactor vessel.

  • freedomfuelamerica

  • How can I get oil titration test procedure that it seen on video?

  • you will not go bling from smelling moonshine. whatever. if you make moonshine wrong and drink a lot of it, then you have a problem. not from beathing the fumes though.

If you want to use ethanol in your car (moonshine) you have to mix is with a certain amount of gas. This is what they call E85 at the station.

  • the methonal has xxx on it moonshine? so y not take it one step farther and make your own meth alc as well i hea it is expensive to buy but verry cheap to make

  • yes, methanol is a alcohol, but you would not want to drink it. it would kill you, and even breathing the fumes can cause blindness. ethanol is what you are thinking about

  • BEHOLD!!!!!

    you tube;

    TAISZOeaBVQ

    Augsburg College Releases Biodiesel Miracle

  • That looks like the FuelMeister II, cost like, $3000 + shipping.......

  • to make 5 litters of biodiesel we need 1 litter of methanol which cost about $4.00 p/litter, plus potassium hidroxide $?. So, at the end you get about 11/2 gal of biodiesel for almost $5.00. question: who said to get biodiesel at $0.70 per gal. ? please tell me where to get a cheaper methanol

  • no no your way wrong, you use used fryer oil, filter it and add a few chemicals and thats werw they got that figure. then $.50 tax so around $1.50 for it finshed

  • buena observacion

  • The trick is to buy a large amount of Methanol each time. About $350 per 55gal of methanol container. Add the cost of veg oil and lye... and you get about 280 gal of bio diesel for about $500 including veg oil, lye and methanol......divide 280gal by$500 and you get $1.78/gal. Those guys on tv probably get that stuff much cheaper. Its worth it if you drive diesels around all day.

  • diesels will never be stopped.

  • Does anyone know what this machine is worth?

  • this machine is not worth the money to buy one

  • @paintballers it certainly is if you make your own, just think how much you save using WVO and all the miles you run?

  • Alot of money Cowboypenner

  • u can easily get some 55 gallon drums, pump, filters and hoses for around 500. they want over 3 grand for that machine

  • I know. Make's you wonder how much money you could make with a surplus of 55 gallon drums, water pumps and aquarium heaters.

  • I rather use algae biodiesel

  • Wow, I miss those gas prices

  • Gentlemen, lets all get along :) Lucky for Greeks theres always a restaurant in the family lol ;)

Thanks for the video,I haven't seen this in years.Too bad Stacy's gone from trucks.

  • Now he's on Gearz (Speed channel).
