You need to make some kind of warning. Not trying to be negative. but it isn't something you should do everyday or too often. Someone who doesn't know what their doing tries this and they can really mess their back up. You have to be careful doing anything that involves "popping" your back and neck -- whether you do it yourself or someone does it for you :-\
I hate to be critical but I can't help but think of the damage people can do to their spines if they aren't careful.
I thought it was funny. :) and all you assholes shut the fuck up. If you don't like the video then watch something else. You don't have to say rude things. You don't like it then dislike you don't have to put him down.
Kid, don't listen to the dumb fucks that put you down or say you're wrong about everything because you're young. You are fucking hilarious and I actually used your ideas. You might not have a great greenscreen, but I bet half of these people don't even know how one works. Honestly - you have really great vids. Keep it going :) I subbed and can't wait for more :)
@1stNightingale ignorant. it won't, you uneducated fag. its been medically proven. The only bad effect of joint cracking is that it CAN wear away your tendons, but that's uncommon.
Oh yeah, man. This video was pretty funny haha. and NICE special effects. XD
@TheGreenParakeet12 And here is someone who believes rumours and doesn't research. Cracking early or to harshly takes away nitrogen in-between your discs which is needed in small amounts as well as fluids that get let our with serious cracking level the Cartilage to wear and tear on each other and the disc leading to arthritis or easier slipped discs. Its was happens with old age but not to this extent.
@WorldOfEarthcraft I do not need to google anything. If you crack it once and in a rolling position which chiropractors advise then you will be fine but if you grind sideways the stretching causes the pressure inside the joint to drop. When the pressure drops, the ligament gets sucked into the joint and a bubble of carbon dioxide forms. Thats the popping and if you turn too much you will release too much gas and fluid leading to the cartilage grinding against cartilage leading to arthritis.
@1stNightingale Occasionally doing it releases the fluid which is actually good for your joints because it lubricates them. Fluid wouldn't cartilage to grind regardless because it actually helps you move more freely without any excessive grinding. Next time you try to act like an absolute fucking genius just by using intricate grammar and more academic language to appeal to people and cause them to think your argument is plausible, please refrain from stating complete bull shit.
@WorldOfEarthcraft Um when it releases the fluid it goes straight into the surrounding tissue and therefore cannot lubricate any joints. Also your second sentence makes no sense. Truthfully i thought i was dumbing down my sentences and i feel sorry that you think i was sounding advanced. Try actually researching what you say and you will see 100% that it is only ok if you body would do it in natural action not twisting your spine like you are being pulled out of place.
@1stNightingale It does not go to the tissue. It in a sense pops a bubble of fluid and the cracking part is what helps the fluid be distributed. This lubricates joints and it also temporarily relieves pain. Plus it also is a simple method of self alignment. Now if you twist your back to an extent that it actually causes pain or just seems as though you're trying to snap your spine, obviously that isn't good and can cause tissue damage, but not arthritis.
@1stNightingale Also, if anything I have said is incorrect, my apologies. Regardless of that though, the original statement was that "Cracking the back like you are will leave you with arthritis at 30." It can cause tissue damage if you do it to forcefully or excessively, but once again - not arthritis. Whether you are correct about it harming your tissue or not, arthritis is not caused directly by cracking your joints. Cracking them excessively can contribute to it, but not cause it
@WorldOfEarthcraft You have not mention one thing that actually makes sense. One of the most compelling arguments you have is that fluid will help the movement when lost through cracking is stupid. The joints are so small with pressure so large that any fluid being let go will dissipate so quickly and into the surrounding tissue that nothing will be lubricated. Slightly bending any joint is fine as it happens naturally and only allow a small amount out. Understand im doing this for your benefit.
@1stNightingale i wish you ignorant people like you would shut up with your shockingly shit facts about about thing you obviously have now knowledge of! Cracking bones= arthritis completely untrue and if anything cracking you back is a good thing as it mobilizes the spine! Stop spinning useless shit fact with no substance behind them WHATSOEVER! Also hes not tell you to do it, he's advising the people who want to, how to! GOSH! yet more ignorance! RETARD!
@confuzzledd God i gave up on this a while ago but your post i just had to respond to.
1. You provide no explanation or any proof that you know what you're saying but act like a child.
2. If someone puts advice up on the net its his/hers responsibility to make sure its correct as it could endanger life.
3. Be constructive dont just yell insults & say people are ignorant and that you know better when you obviously know so little you reference mobilizing spines as a good thing generally.
it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!
