i gave katy zombrex at day 3 (september 27) at 7 00 AM and i went straight to the door with my cement saw and plates but the door was locked isn't it supposed to be unlocked on day 3 from 6 or 7 AM to 12 PM is it because i didnt do the other side mission with a total of eight survivors because i was trying to get zombie genocide master please please please help me i really want to get a platinum for dead rising 2

For all you people who do not understand what this video is about, I watched an even obvious video with every detail on what to do, as it turns out in order to save the tape it or die members, is to be there on the 3rd day and make sure there is no other mission to be done, (you know like save all survivors, kill psychos) make sure there is no other mission but the case file mission, then go to kokonut sportz and vua la, the door should be open (make sure no mission pops up or it won't work)

i had a save on day 3 its on about 9AM i went to the shop and its locked D:

this sucks because its my only day 3 save and it hasnt got any case files completed and with all the waiting periods it takes ages for this :\

for this mission you need to do all case file because by doing case files it will then unlock the 4th day which is the actual tape or die crew escort mission.

aw that sucks it takes a couple real hours just to get to 3rd day and i have to deal with them going

Alright well for some reason I didn't get the call from Stacy about rescuing them even after I already finished Tape it or Die 1 on the third day. I gave them the cement saw and plates and got the combo card.

Then during the time on Day 4 it said I'm supposed to rescue them, I never got a call. I even made sure I had no other survivors active and i still didn't get a call. Did I do something wrong... or was it just a glitch?

you cant be at palisade malls to receive call for this mission.

did you try go to kokonutz sport town just to see if they are there or not?

if those dont solve your problem then it might be a glitch

@kormaruR I know and I did, I tried everything. I ended starting a new game and doing it all over again. It worked the second time and you can technically be in the palisades mall at the time. I was going down the stairs of kokonutz sports town and they suddenly appeared there. Wierd, but hey at least I got the last two combo cards for the achievment. I guess it was a glitch

@randomness72838 1. You get a shortcut to the Royal Flush Plaza by doing "The Wilted Flower" or something like that. Save the lady who was stuck in the tanning booth. (Bring a drink so she'll show you)

@randomness72838 q1= when you do the misson 'wilted flower' linette takes you there and shows you the shortcut. and kokonutz is the sport shop they are found in.

@randomness72838 1:On side mission "wilted flower" the woman takes you to a short cut from palisades to royal flush mall.

2:You have to save some survivors to get this one because the max of survivors you get is 8 survivors to save.

and the you have to bring to the guy that's in the locked door a cement saw and some plates in order to get a combo weapon/card. and another thing if you want to get the crossdresser trophy there is clothing there as well i guess this answers your Q.

You do not have to do the case files. I got in without solving the case files and saving any survivors, but what I am not sure of yet, will they call me. I am on the 4th day around 6am, and I am waiting.

Ok... I found them at the back of kokonutz and spoke to them... i saved progress at their place but it was 11:58am by then. Went out for the plates and stuff, came back an door was closed. Now, I''m about to save Rebecca (case 6) but no one has called me about "tape it or die"

@patanbenz not too sure if u really need to do their little task or not to get them to call u or not. if u still have the save just reload and bring the cement saw and plate before entering the room

Also... if you are going to try again, make sure you wear a cloth in that place for another achivement(wearing all cloths)

Left-Hand Lance went from stupid AI that won't think of going around the window to Superb AI demonstration at 3:40 . So that's how the survivors go through zombies, I especially liked the part when he went AROUND the group of zombies that Kormaru was fighting against at 4:00 . Shows how much improvement they went through from the last game.

@1016dreams I had this problem aswell, though I solved it, because there are 4 survivors in there, you won't be able to open the door IF you have 4 or more survivors/phychopaths already spawned somewhere else in the City.

no you don't, i let Katey die on the very first zombrex mission, and just left chuck in a corner until it was 6AM on 9/27. Then i killed few survivors, to make room for the four in "Tape it or DIE." and i completed the mission. =)

@bigk22 Survivors can't equip combo weapons due to limited IA and I'm afraid Capcom doesn't make exceptions.
