  • no. You have to a Wii already and then you buy Wii Fit and the Wii Fit comes with the board that is a scale and the game. But it is so worth it!

  • I bought the wiifit january 19th and i love it so much! My BMI is 35.16!!! YEAH IM BIG! So everyweek ill post on this video to give updates then make a video responce! Ola!

  • we started around the same time. i lost like seven pounds in a week it can be done i beleive in you . haha another good weight loss technuique is pull out your wisdom teeth just drink a whole lot of water to keep you full

    also ummmmm wii fit works. Tuna is great and lean and you could do so many things and recepies with it and im obese too. i beleive in you i promise. also i have diabetes and heart disease running in my family. and good job for motivation god bleess you.

  • Good Luck ! I'm doing the same thing. I have stopped eating bread, sodas (diet & regular),red meats,and fried fatty foods. I'm trying my best to load up on fruits and veggies. Drink water and honey lemon water. However, I cheated the last two days so I gotta get back on track.

  • I have the wii but not the wii fit, can't wait to get that. I have about 30 lbs to lose and get in shape physically and for my health as well. I got the personal trainer game for wii and it is really really tough but I am doing it right now twice a week at 15 minutes each otherwise I cant keep up. Also have Walk Away the Pounds DVD thats alot easier but has cardio in it too.
