  • this doesn't sound mixed

  • Bass is way too fuckin loud. I can barely hear Kurupt lay down lyrical perfection.........damn.

  • yo, this ain't no remix, it was just cut from the Dogg Food album, Pac just took the song and remad it himself.

  • @LANKENBOI95 You sure about that man? I heard this was originally a track for the Ice Cube/Dr. Dre project Heltah Skeltah...

  • @StanleySweet14 It was, just like Scarface's 'Game Over'. Suge just strongarmed Dre and gave the beat to 'Pac.

  • This song got cut from dogg food and 2pac picked it up and did his thing with it on All eyez on Me. This is the original version

  • where can you download this?

  • @kalamity86 it cant be since he was saying sucker free at 95

  • check out my beats on my channel! STRAIGHT G-FUNK

  • Hell yeah! This is the shit, this and 2Pacs version is fucking dope! R.I.P. Pac.

  • Same quality as my mp3 version. I dont think they ever had this song mastered.

And I think this song was done before 2pacs version and was cut off the Dogg Food album.

  • Yeah Dr Dre sampled ALOT of George Clinton's work. Pay your respect to Mr. Clinton fools!

  • @MistaGeeFunk Yep!

  • Can this be loaded somewhere??

  • First of all, this track was originally recorded and produced for the Dogg Pound's album, DoggFood, but Tupac heard the beat, and begged Dre, with Daz & Kurupt's blessing, to use the beat for his Death Row debut album, AEOM. Step your history game up... And oh yeah... there's a CDQ version of this joint floatin around... Overseer and Nino Brown from the Death Row forums had it and shared it with a select few....

  • tupac begged dre for beat? pac took his beat without asking . fuck dre for being bitch ass sellout

  • @Dzoni73 lol how iz Dre a sell out? he produced the biggest hits for some of the best rappers out their

  • hes sellout for being jealous at pac, he dint want to produce any beats for him expect cali and cant c me, then he started bitching about deathrow and left it....

  • Nigga Dre Left Cuz he was tired bein in a fukd up environment. Pac was the last of his worries. He was workin on tha Chronic 2 N Didnt even finish it cuz he was sicc of all tha bullshit goin on in Death Row

  • good shit on ur history dellvllon. i love ppl that respect the dpg and their history. legends in the game. best duo out the west besides shade sheist and nune.

  • Snoop Doggy Dogg's "The Lost Sessions Album" Is SOOOO Fucken krazy!! There r a lot of good songs espacially Doggystyle!!

  • Dohjah No luck fiNdiNg the origiNal oNe wit Dr. Dre & Ice Cube?? The ChroNic Re-Lit was dissapoiNtiNg. i expected more Dre tracks, Not 1 Dre produced track=(

  • Who produced the bonus songs on the chronic re-lit?

  • my bad Dre produced just "Poor Young Dave" aNd "Smoke On"

  • Ok then who produced "dog collar"? the best of the bonus i think

  • probably Daz Dillinger because the track seems more like a leftoverfrom Tha Doggfather not Doggystyle

  • oh ok, though the beat is highly better than any track on tha doggfather i think

  • haha thats the same thiNg i said! track was amaziNg, i woNder why they Never released it back wheN it was made?

  • Cuz there was mass boycotting of anything Dre. Which is Y I thinq he produced it

  • @slizzy6 lol i agree

  • Na Man Dogg Collar was made in 94 so it coulda still been Dre but if not him Id say Dj Pooh bein that he did alotta shit 4 tha LBC Crew

  • Dr. Dre

  • Dog collar doesn't sound like a Dre beat, maybe LT Hutton, and for Can't C Me, Suge Knight ordered the beat be for Tupac i read it in an interview

  • Dude Listen 2 The G Funk Intro From Snoop N Listen 2 Dogg Collar. There not tha same samples but sound simliar as far as what other sounds were put in

  • ok, but listen to dog collar, and then listen to "funk wit yo brain" in snoop's lost session released in october, they sound a bit similar, n funk wit yo brain is produced by LT Hutton, and it's the same for some songs in "death row ultimate collection" that are produced by LT Hutton, so i really think dog collar was P'd by Hutton, not Dre.

  • I see where ur comin from

  • what do you mean?

  • anyone know what song the verses are from?

  • this the original version. it was supposed to be on Dogg Food but finally it didn't make the album and Pac liked the record so much that he did it a solo Pac song

  • nice 1

  • I read some where that right before Dre left death row, Suge went to Dres house with bats and a gang of people and just took all the tracks he wanted. This is one of the ones he took.

  • He did the same thing he did 2 Eazy?

  • Yeah he went to Eazy's with 2 men to show that Suge knew where Eazy's mother lives if he didn't want to resign Dre's contract with Ruthless.

  • Ye that's how he handled his busienss and probably the reasons to why Death Row is no more...

  • great song

  • love it, cheers m8

  • dude.. this is THE shit! propszzzz

  • this shit BUMPS!

  • this was supposed to be the single for dog food but suge didnt want any dre produced songs on the dogg food album so they put it on pacs album later

  • it was Daz that didnt want any Dre tracks cuz he wanterd to produce. and Suge gave it to Pac cuz Pac asked for it

  • Comment removed

  • props, damn nice

  • fuck cdq, demo versions is where the heart is at fuck all yall bitch ass niggas and marcs comin on here bitchin about your busta ass bullshit

  • wow you have a great range in vocabulary. I can tell by your comment that you are very smart and very full of shit.

  • 2pac version is sicker

  • both sick...2pac was on fire when he did his version

  • obviously, any 2Pac song is the shit

  • Was the Dre & Cube version ever released??

  • There's no Dre & Cube version of "Can't C Me." The version that was released was with only 2Pac rhyming over this beat. And it's on the All Eyez On Me double-album.

  • I used to have this.

  • man anybody noe were i could get the cd quality of this song??? diss shit is bangin..DPG 4 LIFE!!

  • what up man

  • this is real ive read that tha dogg pound had the song at first but suge wanted pac 2 have it its on wikipedia

  • yeah but before that it was for dre and cube

  • as long as the Big Bow Wow George Clinton iz on it,it sounds gooooooood!!!!!!!!

  • Was that one ever released??

  • no way

  • Where did you get that info? Was it supposed to be on Heltah Skeltah?

  • jenki

  • @mandark86 this is 2pac cant c me beat

  • 2pac does it best soz :P

    but still gd

  • Shame Snoop's Doggfather never had classic Dre's beat like this on it.

  • Nice Westcoast Beat, I think they used a sample of Dre Day..

  • No, Dre sampled "Knee deep" for this song, for Dre Day, for snoop's Who am i, for G-funk (intro), for deez nuuts etc..

  • Actually this is the original version. It was supposed to be on Dogg Food, a year before the All Eyez on Me version we all know.

  • this is THE shit....DPGC 4ever....

  • this is good but it dont have SHIT on pacs version...

  • Dojah you need to put those jewels on emule or morpheus for share with all the world this is soo goooood

  • i heard this was gonna be on dogg food but daz or suge didn't want any dre production on the album. so they put it on 2pacs album instead.

  • dr. dre produced alot of that album he even speaks in it

  • yeah dre speaks in the album but there is no production from dre on it. the production is from DJ pooh, daz and DJ swang. daz and dre had a falling out over the production credits in the chronic and doggystyle
