  • Beautiful!

  • wow nice job.....she plays really well (y) just try not 2 breath in between phrases and stuff but otherwise awesome nice job

  • so i played this for my exam in school last year

and we had to do it without any help

and helpless little me ran to youtube

    and found this video

that helped me ace my exam

    so thank you !! :D

  • You are very welcome! Hearing that my music has helped you is actually quite a lovely compliment, so thanks!

  • work on your breathing... dont breathe in between phrases. Also, add dynamics to make it interesting and not to have it sound the same through out and it will be boring. Work on the loudness and pitch of your lower range

  • pretty.. just curious, why do you play flute in the kitchen?? ;D

  • i love the accompianist part! the one i have is just the flute part so it doesnt sound as professianol!

  • im learning syrinx tooooo

  • I can play this

im now learning Syrinx its harrdd

  • When I bought the music, it came with a cd with the music on it. I'm pretty technologically illiterate, so I don't think I know how to send it to you, sorry!

  • My only comment is that you shoudld try not to breathe inbetween phrases... instead play until the end and then just take bigger breaths so you can get to the end of the next phrase. Also, don't try and force your vibrato. Other than that, nice job! Your sound is very nice.

  • im doing this piece in a few weeks for my grade 5, gets a bit boring when u have practised it 60 million times!!! lol!! but a nice piece well doone!! x

  • Thanks! I just bought it for fun, and I don't really practice it that often. Good luck with your playing!

  • Don't overcritize yourself...Practice makes perfect!

  • i really like the sound of your flute!!! what model brio is that?

  • B20 I think. Thanks btw!

  • Nice job! I have a suggestion - try taking in more air when you breathe. Try inhaling on the word "hope" - You can take in a lot of air fast AND quietly. Don't be afraid to drop your jaw to take a good breath. Nice tone, too. Feel free to play out on the louder sections and really project, although, I see it's a kitchen and probably doesn't have the best acoustics :-) One more thing - chin up on the D at the very end to keep the pitch up.

Keep up the good work! Thanks for posting!

  • Thanks for the suggestions! Actually, I play in the kitchen because I can hear myself better. I used to play out in the living room, but the sound just got absorbed into every little soft thing. As for that D at the end, my low register has always...sucked. That's just another thing that I'm trying to work on.

    Thanks!

    Sarah

  • Fantastic =D
