Your TT position is totally inefficient....you're a beast already and you do great but you'd benefit for a GOOD bike re-positioning (if you already did one).
The only thing I don't like of this video is the sound, somewhere at the last minute or so it becomes saturated. Lower the volume just a few bars and it will be great
