He's not tracing the image you can tell that from the drawing itself...it has some mistakes that r perfectly normal...the shape of the hair it's a little of...and some should pay more attention to the drawing before say crappy stuff!!

i think he pre drew it lightly and is going over it darker, becayse i can see lighter lines on the page that were alreay in the shape of sasuke's hair, sooo maybe he pre drew it and then once he got it down light he recorde drawing it over darker, becasue it would take a while to copy something from sight the first time without erasing anything. and i don't want to sit here for 10 minutes watching erasing lol, so good pic =)

You guys are idiots, stop dissing him.. the "tracing" you see is only his outline he (like practical artists do) drew lightly before, then went over to darken the lines and do the final shading. now until you can show your artwork and compare it with his then i suggest you stop saying it sucks and was traced. this is an awesome drawing. and drawing isnt easy it takes skills. 5/5 great job ^_^
