I can actually remember Elvis from "Milk Cow Blues" and "Blue Moon Of Kentucky" days. This is first song I have heard by Shawn and I must say this young man is not just good; he is fantastic!! Incredible Elvis look alike and equally incredible strong Elvis vocals!!

Shawn is awesome, I met him in 2001 or 2002 in Myrtle Beach when I was living with Rick Alviti an Elvis tribute artist. Rick said Shawn would never make it, but wow he is the best and I go to see a lot of Elvis tribute shows. If you can only go see one elvis tribute artist skip Eddie Miles, Rick Alviti, and Lou Vito and go to Shawn's show and you will see why he has won so many awards.

Yes I know Shawn can hit some very flat notes, and often his voice lacks the purity of Elvis - he belts out the words. Elvis hugged them, gave soul and deptyh to them. I know this debate is getting tedious, but Klush is better than Trent, but Eddie Miles still holds the ETA crown

I must agree. There is a quality in Klush that is seemingly the same, and I must concede that the gestures, while astutely studied, have lost their starched freshness. Why? Because Klush urgently needs to explore other corners of Elvis. At present, he's facing the late 70's with no signs of a pulse outside that region.

Listen, I have played, and still play with, these guys - as in Doug,Icenhower, Shawn, etc. I've said it before and I'll say it again: there about seven Bests, not a singular "best", and I can say quite confidently that while I love Shawn to bits, I personally would rank him 3, which is a compliment. Competitions have been around for years; it's just that the latest is a world first.

Hi vanza..am curious who you would rate 1 and 2. I have only attented the Collingwood Elvis festival...largest in the world outside of Memphis...for about the last ten years. The best ETAs do perform there. And I cannot tell you how many of them were in the top 25 for Memphis. Now, next question...who will be in Memphis(thought it was a one time event)this year? A lot of the professionals do not compete. Stephen Kabakos is my fav...won Images if the King in 2001..I think..byeeee

J.D, James Burton, Charlie Hodge have said it countless times: Eddie Miles is superior! Check him out singing a duet with Charlie Hodge- he's pitch-perfect, faultless! He also looks more like Elvis around the eyes, nose, cheekbones! I challenge anyone to fault his duet!

Yeah, listen to the real king. He blows all impersonators out of the water. Elvis had more talent in his little finger than these copies. Just play "Aloha From Hawaii", "That's The Way It Is", "Elvis On Tour". Let's remember there's only one king. Impersonators have a place, but don't built them up to something they aren't. nobody can replace Elvis, but shawn does a great illusion , nobody has the look and voice right, they either have one or the other, sometimes neither! I certainly rate Klush in the top two or three world wide and hope we can lose the bottom enders who do elvis no favours with their poor imitation.

I've seen both Martin and Shawn live. Shawn is the better tribute artists, hands down in my opinion. We all have our own favorites for our own reasons though and to be able to do what these guys can do and have the talent they have is a blessing for us all to enjoy.

goodness gracious,he looks like Elvis..when I saw him in person, I was in shock..I could not believe how much he looked like Elvis..And Im not the only one who feels this way..so does Joe Esposito,J.D. Fontana, and a lot of other people who were around Elvis.From all the Elvis impersonators, the people who knew Elvis,choose Shawn as the one most like Elvis..I've read this statement over & over, on several diffrent websites.
