This is the drama Hwang Jin Yi. The one with the girl who plays in Full House is a movie, and the one "about a girl who dresses up as a boy in an all boy art school and... " is actually a different drama, The Painter of the Wind (adapted from the novel with the same title), and is the story of the Korean painter Shin Yun Bok from Joseon dynasty.

I can assure you with my head that this drama IS hwang jin yi. It's just that there are different versions and portrayals of her life, and each tell from a different view. Nonetheless, it's still the same famed korean kisaeng.

I love this drama, the costume, main actor and actress. It's quite heartbreaking and somethimes slow moving. This is the first KDrama which I followed till the last episode and second followed by Coffee Prince...since then I was hooked on KDrama!!

I did not purchase the DVD But I do like to re-watch some episodes so your videos are great!!
