It was a car built for SWGT folks calm down, the wing is to add downforce and as you can't see from the video there is a splitter for the front to the downforce needs to be balanced. As for wheels I believe they are Volk TE37's but I don't own nor did I build the car, this was it arriving for tuning which I did do.

dude they didnt introduce the sti in AMERICA till 04 but in JAPAN were it was CREATED it was back sometime in the 90s it might not have been as fast or as nice as the cars now but it was an sti and they are the gc8 they use them in rally all the time. you are just stupid my friend
