  • Democrats did'nt start this fight!

  • Rush Limbaugh is the biggest tool ever!

  • Why is he talking about Obama on this so much if Obama never supported the people protesting, that's why he was criticised so much from the left

  • Leftist/Communists OUT OF U.S. NOW!!! And don't come back!

  • Such idiots. Their was no bill to do anything to poor people. It was to rein in the pay and benefits of public sector unions who were making out like bandits AT the expense of everyone else in that state including the poor.Even after the bill passed they are still doing way better than the majority of the rest of us.

  • Your point about me being envious is stupid and unfounded as many in my family are wealthy. Maybe you're projecting. I'm FOR fairness, get it? Those who benefit most should pay the most. And the small country argument was lame, that's why we have states. Then you say our our social safety net is too big....wow. You should really look into how much you get if you live in Europe...and yet, the employment rate is much higher. Do I have to say it again? The reason we don't have jobs is

  • @tstruss912 im defending them...how am i projecting?...nub...and im for fairness too...i have no problem with the rich paying more than the poor...i have a problem with the way the gov. runs this country because its a post constitutional gov. that is in place now...honestly its disgusting...if people want socialism let them go to an established socialist nation...leave this one(that came up faster and better than any other) alone to continue growing...not sputter like the rest

  • @bklee83 Human beings need some kind of power structure. That's just how it is. A weak gov is not a good thing. A tyrannical gov is a worse thing. Right now we have a lot going for us: control of the World Bank, IMF, UN, stable population growth, etc. I don't think we overreact What we should do is take more control away from the elite before they destroy the country. The main fights through history between elites and the population seem to be centered around the economy.

  • @bklee83 Whoever runs the economy basically controls the country. That's a basic truism. Your solution of cutting social programs and deregulating will only give the elite more power, when actually we should shift the other way. That is true regardless of your views....unless you like tyranny. This whole system is designed to prevent interference from outsiders like us. Step one is being civil. We don't have to like one another but we must be able to at least come to rational compromises.

  • @bklee83 The next step is organizing around ISSUES. Right now the level of issue aggregation is absurd because we have a two party system. After we organize around issues we must get more control over the voting process and the media. Right now large corporations and elite planners (the CFR, high level business roundtables, etc) have almost total control over both. So some of the issues we organize around must be public voting and media--even if you're right-wing. Then, when we have...

  • @bklee83 ...an understanding of the issues--most of us really, REALLY don't due to the propaganda--and we have some control of the media and voting, then we can vote in our own candidates and hold them to their word (since we would have media control). Or we can stay in denial and keep fighting with eachother, blaming figureheads (like the president), and watch this great country sink into oblivion, taking millions of lives with it. That's another option.

  • @bklee83 P.S. When I said ISSUES I mainly meant the economy, voting, media control, and monetary policies.

  • Lets first realize this: Union busting doesn't really have anything to do with fiscal issue, that is why Paul Ryan took it out of the fiscal bill and forced it through.

GOP politicians don't give a second thought about spending hundreds of billions to trillion of dollars in order to give tax breaks to the rich. It has nothing to do with budget, it is about politics and keep their corporation buddies happy.

  • @Neosaigo do you even know who and what is being talked about here....

  • HAHAHAH NO INCOME TAX AND THE GOVERNMENT PRINTS INTEREST FREE MONEY! We collect all the greenbacks off the market and issue the rainbow backs with no income to back it up and no way to use it as legal tender for debt because it is worthless! For an anarchist tstruss, you sure have quite a plan! That would create total anarchy! CHAOS RULES! You convinced me, I'm buying silver right now!

  • @burt64nyg You don't seem to understand the system at all. Watch "Money as Debt" and at least learn the basics. You also don't understand anarchism. We are against corrupt institutions....that's all. That belief will PREVENT chaos, not cause it. Plus, most of us are for changing one thing at a time, then changing it back if it doesn't fix the issue--that's troubleshooting 101. Now fuck off and go learn something for a change so you don't sound so ignorant. This communication is over.

  • @tstruss912 Ignorant? Fuck off? Sounds like the cry of the liberal! You the ignorant one. I understand enough to know what is going on on a basic level. Your ideas are complete nonsense. Printing money is not the answer, That's what were doing now, see how well that's working? Giving government the power to run a commodities business is a horrible idea. Again look at GM, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac Government interference and look how well that turned out. WE'RE SPENDING MORE THAN WE TAKE IN! ECO101

  • Respond to this video...Bottom line here is I have control of what I spend in my pocket! I have control of how I choose to live. I have the choice to either work digging ditches for $7.50 and hour or go to college, graduate and do better than my parents did! Everyone in this country has this choice! You can blame it on money as debt, corporate corruption, government corruption, but it's all bullshit! If you feel this way, stop paying taxes! Why support such a corrupt enterprise?

  • When you take a look at the Socialist Experiment, what you find is a bunch of nations that either went or are currently going bankrupt. The reason this country is in the shape it's in is because of socialist policies. You can't have a nation of people who receive benefits when there is no tax base to collect it from. Ask yourself this question, are you willing to work 40-50 hours a week and have your check taxed 60%? That's income tax, not including sales and property taxes.

  • @burt64nyg Income taxes are not much more than de facto law if you ask me. Where is the law that says they can tax us? But it is accepted, and therefore law...I guess. We would pay much less if we didn't borrow from a bank (200 billion per year), halved social and corporate welfare (200 billion per year), reformed healthcare (200-400 billion per year), defunded bullshit military spending (100-200 billion per year, at least). Saving that trillion per year would require we run the country....

  • @tstruss912 De faco law? How do you think governments run? Where does the money come from? How do you think Henry Ford, P-Diddy, or any business for that matter got started? Banks are the lifeblood of capitalism. They are the ones that invest in business, homes, and such. Because you have a couple of bad apples, doesn't mean you cut down the orchard. Google was started out by a couple of guys and a business loan! You should take Macro Economics if your in school. You might learn something.

  • @burt64nyg "Banks are the lifeblood of capitalism." Our gov does not need to borrow money because it can issue interest free currency. That was my point. Where did I say that banks should not lend money at interest to entrepreneurs? The fact that our gov borrows money is silly, end of story.

  • @tstruss912 that kind of "print more money to solve our problems" thinking is why the dollar is worth less and less...the gov. needs not only to stop printing money to pay debt but to stop adding more and more to the bills when they cant even pay 1/2 of what they have now

  • @bklee83 You don't seem to understand that banks print money. You think they actually have that money? The only difference would be that we would not have to pay 200 billion a year in interest. Look up "fractional reserve banking", or "Money as Debt".

  • @tstruss912 so what your trying to say is banks just give out money that doesnt exist??...there is a set amount of "worth" in an economy...it grows slowly with inflation...but...the more actuall currency that is printed(not earned) speeds up that inflation to a point where the value of that currency cant keep up with how much of it is out there and it will start losing value rather than gaining or keeping value

  • @tstruss912 ko...1:ALL banks are for profit...2:who said anything about the bailout...3:the "too big to fail" policy you speak of will fail because libs tell the lower class they dont have to work because big brother will help them after they steal all the selfish rich peoples money..4:you cant "multiply" the currency without something backing it...just printing money makes it worth less..dont they teach that in basic econ??we can only to an extent because we have the world reserve currency 4now

  • @tstruss912 seriously?? the bnd is a bond market...thats not even a bank...also regarding the "too big to fail" show...ill just put out there that nearly 1/2 the pop of the US is on some sort of financial aid via the gov. and nearly 1/2 the pop pay almost no income taxes..the top 1% of earners pay 40%+ of the federal income tax...and your "fractional reserve banking" is how banks make money..they turn the cash that is deposited into loans and profit from the interest...thats what that is...baka

  • @bklee83 ":you cant "multiply" the currency without something backing it...just printing money makes it worth less" Did you or did you not say this? So it's OK when banks do it, and then lend it to the gov, but the gov can't do it directly? Wow....why do I even waste my time.

  • @tstruss912 kk...check this...the dept of treasury is the only legal printer of actual cash money...kk...you still with me??...no matter that...the fact will always remain....if you just print print print cash to pay debts that will make it lose value...but i see you have no way to argue once i explain to you what your points actually were "bnd" and "fractional reserve banking"...so yes why do you waste your time regurgitating what the left tells you before you even know what it means

  • @bklee83 ...Isn't what the Treasury is doing called like issuing an "I.O.Me." ??

  • @Sundogjeep rofl...no joke

  • @Sundogjeep ...corporate profit, most of which is funneled to the top. Plus, they horde money and lay people off because it makes stocks go up (short-term profit). They go to congress and suck up to get some of the 100-200 billion a year in corporate welfare. And, they skirt tax laws, environmental laws, etc. All because they HAVE TO BY LAW. They have to care about only short-term profits--that's it! We all know this system will lead to chaos and disaster. Why keep on this path?

  • @bklee83 ".the top 1% of earners pay 40%+ of the federal income tax." And? What's your point? CEO's (whose performance is often questionable) make hundreds of times what the average worker makes. Is that fair? Of course it is, in your mind. Run along and defend the super rich and crony capitalism, and I will fight for working people. Adios.

  • @tstruss912 ...The average CEO made $ 3.3 million last year, while Beyonce made $ 87 million squalling like a strangled cat and rubbing her booty on video. Then there's Lady Gaga pulling down a sweet $ 100 million last year stealing the look and material of the 80s.

Yep, Jethro, them CEO's is what's wrong with this country, uh-huh.

  • @Sundogjeep You managed to completely miss my point, and then make it for me...the irony is thick. Life is not fair, get used to it. That includes the rich having to pay more taxes than the rest of us. Get it? I'm all for CEO's making more than the average worker...but 100 times as much is way overboard. I could get over that though, what really makes me mad is that the average American has no voice anymore. We get to pick between two puppets for presidents and what color IPod we want.

  • @tstruss912 ...I got your point alright, I'm just uncertain why you think you should have a voice in what CEO's compensation should be. CEOs are appointed by the company's board of directors who answer to the stockholders, the CEO pay is determined by those with skin in the game, of which you are not one.

Do you understand the structure of a corporation at all? If so, why twist reality to suit your political bent? It serves no useful purpose.

  • @Sundogjeep "Do you understand the structure of a corporation at all?" Yes, I do. Sorry about my rudeness before...it's just frustrating seeing people vote against their interests. The corporate structure is ok, but I'm for a better way, one where stakeholders and workers have a say, not just the board. This country has become the freak among industrialized nations: weak union membership, lack of sensible regulations, lack of universal health-care, endless wars, etc. All for the sake of

  • @tstruss912 let me ask this...do you know the hows and whys of america being formed...the whole base of america is that you do with yours as you please...the gov. will leave it alone...if you fail because you treat your people bad thats your fault...if people stick around to be treated badly its their fault..the gov. doesnt need to step in and play big brother every day of your life...if your for a better way...form one yourself...dont force others to do as you say because you think its better

  • @bklee83 Do I know how and why America was formed? Is that a joke? I know it was formed by rich white men, some of whom believed in enlightenment values, others who wanted power, and yet others just wanted to make a buck. Funny you bring up the start of the country as an example of how "you could leave if treated badly". Slavery ring a bell? Let me guess, that was the gov's fault too, right? Seems to me that those were private companies that did anything they could to turn a profit...

  • @tstruss912 you must be kidding to say the country was founded by rich white men who wanted power and money...considering monetary issues had a minor roll in the founding of this nation...but i know what your going to say...so ill explain...the colonies were setup to make more money for the UK...the nation was not however founded to make money for those founding it...and as far as slavery goes...that was a time when slavery was commonplace....that is a tired subject...and this is now...not then

  • @Sundogjeep When is the last time we got to decide if we to kept our troops in harms way? When is the last time we were consulted on trade agreements and outsourcing? When is the last time we were asked if we liked medicare or social security more than tax cuts for the rich? When were we asked if the bailouts were OK? What about decisions within corporations? Ya, the cabal does what it wants and we suffer the consequences. I'm for a different way, a more democratic way.

  • @tstruss912 .."When is the last time we got to decide if we to kept our troops in harms way? When is the last time we were consulted on trade agreements and outsourcing? When is the last time we were asked if we liked medicare or social security more than tax cuts for the rich? When were we asked if the bailouts were OK? What about decisions within corporations?"

Dude, you do know that we live in a Representative Republic, right, not a pure Democracy?

  • @tstruss912 as far as having a "voice"...we do...we elect people to take care of those kinds of things(military, trade, social programs, ect.)...thats what a republic is...what you are talking about is mob rule...do i agree with how the gov. is being run?? no...and thats why during the next election cycle im going to do my part...but if what really made you mad is how the gov. is run then why are you crying about the monetary issues as well...stik to one subject if thats your real issue

  • @bklee83 You're right, I should not have made assumptions about you. But don't you want more control? Are you so passive that you don't mind the elite doing whatever they want? This is now a soft-core fascist state where the gov and corporations are connected at the hip and working for the top 1%. Corporations are job creators? Ya...that's the only thing they do, and they don't do it well. Right now they're hording money and laying people off for the sake of short-term profits. Read

  • @tstruss912 as far as wanting control...thats a double edged sword...that control you wish to be enforced upon the corporations will then be used against the people as well...yes we are in a soft tyranny...by the gov...thats why i vote...the gov. is the reason the corporations act the way they do...insane corporate taxes(highest in the world) just push them away from creating jobs in america...i have an idea that would please everyone and pull 100billion otu of the govs. deficit

  • @bklee83 As far as taxes go...you think the pay 35%. HA! Read this for just one example: h ttp://w ww.bloomberg.c om/news/2010-10-21/google-2-4-rate-shows-how-60-billion-u-s-revenue-lost-to-tax-loopholes.h tml (remove the four spaces)

And what should we do? Lower regulations and taxes so they won't leave us? Then what? Third world countries will just lower them to nothing (it's pretty close already) and then what...we must work for $2.50 a day to "compete" (read: be enslaved).

  • @tstruss912 you think making it easier to run a business in this country is going to effect the rate of development in other countries???...crackpot...your too focused on the mega corporations...but inform me...how is lowering the tax only if they supply health insurance going to effect the minimum wages???..but hell yes we need to lower regulations...they are choking businesses worse than tax rates...i only offered that as a replacement for obamacare...something that is unconstitutional anyway

  • @bklee83 I think you should really read a bit more before you come to a conclusion. Did you look up the effective tax rated per country, the unemployment rate per country, GDP per capita, living standard, etc? The effective corporate tax rate is higher in Japan and Germany, and the Netherlands is not far behind and yet where is the unemployment...oh, look...way below ours. Germany and the Netherlands also have lower poverty rates than we do. But the problem is we don't dick-ride corporate

  • @tstruss912 i think you need to look at the other side of the coin...your also looking at countries smaller than alot of our states...its always easier to run a smaller ship than a larger one...also we have such a high rate of unemployment partially due to how lazy many americans have become knowing that they will get a free handout from the gov....to many people abuse the social net that is in place and that is a huge reason why its going to fail us and why our rate is so high

  • @bklee83 ...power enough? I don't think that's the problem at all. The whole "corporate taxes are too high" and "we must cut spending!" is all bullshit that is being used by the elite for a power grab. You really don't see that?

  • @tstruss912 but the way you posted that "we dont dick-ride corporate power enough" tells me alot about your point of view...your envious of the wealthy...and your claim about spending tells me your prob another nutjob lib who thinks a countries debt is meaningless because its not a person and countries have an unlimited time to repay them...well..let me inform you...this countrys pile of debt has pushed many of the worlds major economies to have a meeting about removing the US dollar as the...

  • @tstruss912 ...world reserve currency...that is caused by how we spend spend spend and print print print...other countries are saying...to hell with that we dont need money that is worthless...you want to see a power grab..wait untill this administration pushes the dollar out of the reserve currency seat and you will see a global grab for power...not some measly senate seat...we need to rein in our fiscal issues and show the rest of the world we arent the idiot americans everyone thinks we are

  • @tstruss912 otherwise were headed for an economic shatter that will end with gas prices at $8-$9 a gallon or worse...not to mention the cost of food and housing because the value of the dollar will suddenly drop like a rock off a cliff if we lose that reserve currency seat...we cant keep printing money...the advisors of this administration have already told obama the status quo is unsustainable...do you take that lightly as well...you may take my words lightly but do you take theirs as well...

  • @bklee83 ...due to the corporate structure: short-term profits at ANY cost. That includes outsourcing, evading tax laws, LAYOFFS, NOT-HIRING, and many more. Did you notice those in capital letters. Ya, those help short-term profits. Most countries aren't so fucking stupid as to only look a couple years ahead like us; they have long-term planning strategies. That includes alternative energy development, good schooling, sensible regulations, etc. Sad to me how you don't see what has been

  • @bklee83 ...done to you. Go read some books on modern propaganda and find out for yourself. The things you say are TOTALLY WRONG. And, all the facts show that they're wrong. But yet you keep shouting about them. To prove my point I will ask you one question: "What should we do to reduce the deficit." Don't go read anything or research, just write "your" opinion as it is now.

  • @tstruss912 reduce deficit...easy...pull ALL the damned fingers the federal gov. has stuffed into the country and have it do the job it was intended to do...let the states handle matters within the borders and defend this nation from attack...not dictate to us how we need to live and by what means...the federal gov. was setup specifically NOT to interfere in the peoples lives...that includes the safety nets like welfare social security or college grants for students...

  • @tstruss912 if the federal gov. would defend this nation and the laws of this nation...not this BS that has been going on the past few decades...we wouldnt have anywhere near the budget we have...we would have a sustainable federal gov. because it wouldnt try to support every lazy bastard in this nation...if people dont want to take care of themself I as a tax payer shouldnt be forced to...you think im going to see any of the money ive put into the social security system ? you think you are?

  • @tstruss912 thats about what i thought...no response when it comes down to the ultimate truth of how this country needs to be run

  • @bklee83 Dang, cut me some slack--I'm busy hahaha. Your answer is not bad or wrong. I think it's totally fine that you don't like people sitting around getting handouts. Most of us on the left are willing to compromise on some of these issues, like sensible adults. However, I think your answer may have come from the propaganda system, and if it did, then beware. The elite hide information and give people just enough to convince them to do their bidding.

  • @tstruss912 i agree with the power structure need...and i would be more than happy to compromise with a citizen security net...regular drug screens for any on it(the social net) including alcohol and tobacco...but the propaganda could be a simple issue to skirt...if people would take more interest in their countrys workings rather that what justin beeper had for breakfast...it would be scrutanized by so many eyes the propaganda would be drown out by actual people releasing real info rather than

  • @bklee83 Yes, this corporate (large corporation) favoritism must go. They only look at short-term profits and nothing else. Small and medium businesses create more jobs and have more of a conscience. I've heard the argument that stocks are important for retired people! How? They don't even return enough to keep up with inflation. The social safety net is important for a lot of honest people and if they're addicted to drugs, they should have the option to get treatment.

  • @bklee83 I'm an addict in recovery and I can tell you that without the option for treatment I would probably still be a criminal. It's something that those who are not addicts just can't understand. It has nothing to do with willpower, rather, it seems to be genetic. Also, treatment is the cheapest option. That was determined by the Rand corporation study that Clinton had done. That brings up the question of why our gov takes the MOST expensive and most callous option, incarceration.

  • @tstruss912 stocks are not returning what they used to for 2 reasons...1 the dollar is worth less and 2 the economy in general is in the crapper so they generally arent returning like they should...any i myself had been into drugs and was forced into treatment...it was either that or go to prison...if you cant reform yourself by choosing to follow the program they will force you to go clean by sitting you in a cell...the gov doesnt choose incarceration...repeat offenders do

  • @bklee83 There are many reasons stocks don't return what they used to. My point was the small and medium businesses are the way of the future. They don't need to get bailout money or corporate welfare money just to exist, and they are more connected to the community. Also, CEO's are forced by law to care about nothing other than stock price. Then we wonder why they lay people off, don't hire people, skirt tax laws, etc?! How dumb are we lol. To top it off we let them control the

  • @bklee83 ...political process and the media. We are bunch of saps for letting the interests of the few (the elite) dictate all our national policies. The drug issue is a good example. Don't you get why they want people in jail? Because there are no jobs! What can you do with young males when there are no jobs? Put them in jail over bullshit, of course. The gov does choose incarceration because they don't offer enough rehab programs, and lock up weed dealers. Come on, that ain't right.

  • @tstruss912 omfg..are you kidding me..now i agree that the "elite" are shitheads who dont run this place the way it should be or how the people want it but for anyone to think they jail people because of the job market is retarded..like i said...ive been threw it...i was arrested for possession twice...first time was just probation...second time they said since i had a history i either got probation and had to go to rehab for a yr or prison...if they did as you say i wouldve be in prison already

  • @bklee83 Of course jail is about controlling the lower classes. Duh! Why do you think that the crimes that lower classes commit have longer jail sentences attached to them than their upper-class equivalent. Crack and cocaine sentences (now changed) are a good example. And they make money of people being in prison; it's an industry now. Also you don't think that a 1.1 % increase in unemployment is a motivator? ahahahhaha. You have much to learn about the elite, my friend.

  • @tstruss912 jail is not about controling the lower class...your going off onto some conspiracy crap...jail is about trying to protect society from those who have no regard for the law...do i agree with alot of what will get you put in...yes...most of it actually...and personally i think they need to bring back capitol punishment...why should i pay to feed and house someone who has taken it upon himself to willingly remove someone elses right to life for the next 40-60 yrs...kill the bastards

  • @bklee83 Social control is an ever evolving science. The days of Bernays and Lipmann are like a joke to the elite now: they're much more sophisticated. The whole trick is to get people (saps) to FEEL free. Still, in some ways we are very free in America. However, that won't stay that way long if those on the right keep getting suckered into going against their own interests. Question them and their laws....laws never come before morals or principles, always the other way around.

  • @tstruss912 its funny how you think those on the right are being "suckered into going against their own interests" when its those who vote dem. who are willfully giving up their rights...just look at what the left has done...regulation IS controle...go find a toilet or shower head that hasnt been "regulated"...where is it going to stop...are we only going to be allowed to drive a certain amount of miles in a yr because they want to regulate our carbon footprint?? the EPA needs to be put in place

  • @bklee83 If you don't agree with me on the jail issue, then fine, maybe institutional analysis is not your thing. Most find it alarming that we have more prisoners per capita--by far--than any other country, and that we even have more people locked up than all of China. What I find sad is your spiritual state. What do you want to leave in your wake? There is no heaven...we all know that. Do you want to leave nothing more than a polluted earth with barbaric laws? Seems like a waste....

  • @tstruss912 You really don't know what you are talking about. Do you know the reason why there are fewer people in Chinese prisons ? Because they don't put you in prison, they shoot you right on the spot. If you kill someone in an accident, you get put to death. If you machine aircraft parts and you make a mistake, your supervisor doesn't yell at you, they take you out back and shoot you.

If you think I'm kidding, think again. Chairman Mao killed 50 million of his own countrymen.

  • @tstruss912 personally i think "weed" should be legal as many many police officers do but that doesnt change the fact that "dealers" are committing a major crime...even if it is just weed and you dont think it should be illegal it still is...breaking the law is breaking the law...i was given 2 chances...i took the second...been clean for about 3 yrs now...if i hadnt i would still be sittin in prison if i had survived this long...you can only give so many chances...or be given so many

  • @bklee83 LOL at justin beeper. I think I will use that from now on.

  • @tstruss912 everyone getting all their info from the same select few media outlets...and my argument about deregulation is for entrepreneurs...small companies...the same deregulated market would be available for mega corps but it would make it much easier for anyone in this country to do what this country is known for...having a nobody create their own piece of the world and it would be much easier to do so if not for the red tape imposed by the gov.

  • @tstruss912 that would be for the gov. to drop the corporate tax rat to 10% on any and all corporations who provide health insurance to their employees...that would fix the issue and kill obamacare..and would spur enormous growth in the job market by corporations wanting that low tax rate...but please enlighten me as to what corporate welfare is...also i agree..the gov. is run by a bunch of corrupt hacks who need to be replaced...not enough "representatives" actually represent their constituents

  • .Business Week; they don't hide that fact. And why do you blame the gov? The gov is run by corporate interests, not the other way around. Almost all the regulations they hate are gone, and they get 200 billion a year in corporate welfare, something which is NEVER mentioned in the controlled media. Why don't we move toward a representative democracy where we're actually represented!? Look at the difference between polls and policy--it's called the democratic deficit, and it's growing.

  • @tstruss912 well..my point to the income tax %s is part of the "too big to fail" idea...guess you missed that...and how thoughtful of you to put words in my mouth and think for me...did i ever say i thought it was cool how the ceos make so much more than reg workers??...dont think i did...or do...i only make $10 a damn hr...but i dont have to agree with their ideas on pay scale to disagree with how the gov. has been choking the corporations here...btw they are the "job creators"...not the gov...

  • @bklee83 "ALL banks are for profit." False, see the BND.

""too big to fail" policy you speak of will fail because libs tell the lower class they dont have to work because big brother will help them after they steal all the selfish rich peoples money."

This is so absurd that you should be ashamed for saying it--make arguments based on reality, please.

":you cant "multiply" the currency without something backing it...just printing money makes it worth less"

    See "fractional reserve banking".

  • @tstruss912 fractional reserve banking is when banks take in deposits and a portion of the deposits are placed in reserve through the fed. The current percentage is 10%. The rest of the money is loaned out or re deposited in other banks. CAPITALISM! Once again, this website were on, which is owned by Google, was created by a couple of geeks from Stanford University and a bank loan! Sheesus!

    SEE "Money Multiplier"

  • i think the governments need to learn their places once again...yes...governmentS...state and federal...the fed was not set in place to regulate companies, pay 4 college,or what kinds of lightbulbs, toilets, ect that we use...the fed needs to do its job(defend this nations boarders from infiltration and attack) and let the states deal with what goes on inside...thats how it was originally setup and thats how we got ahead so fast...once the fed stepped into personal lives it all headed downhill

  • @bklee83 I agree all the way up until you mentioned education. I think that there should be grants and loans available to those who can not afford college. That is an investment! The reason is because when these students graduate, they can get higher paying jobs which will increase tax revenue. I'd rather have a person making 30-50k a year to start than 7-10 dollars an hour. All the rest I'm on board with!

  • @burt64nyg thats gravy...a social net is something i agree with...just not at the federal level...if the states want to issue college grants to those it sees fit, thats fine...but when the federal government...established specifically to NOT interfere in peoples lives aside from protecting their rights...is throwing money at a failing education system (i understand the diff in pub schools and college)...i see it, among many many things it does, as unconstitutional

  • @bklee83 I don't see funding education on a federal level unconstitutional, I see it more as an investment in future tax earnings. I'd rather see funding for college educations than a public health care plan any day of the week. That bill right there was unconstitutional. I read some of it and it is flat out bullshit. I don't see your educational system as failing. I'm in school and there are many foreign students enrolled. If it was that bad, why send your children across the globe to study?

  • @burt64nyg i totally agree about the "investment in future tax earnings" part but the point im making is that the federal gov. was only setup to defend our rights...not tell us how to live or help us "do more"...that kind of stuff is supposed to be left to the states to figure out...but...if you dont see how the public school system is failing then you havent looked at the global scores of non college students...our private schools are great...our public schools are a disgrace to this country

  • IF YOU OWN A BAR, AND YOU GIVE THE KEYS TO THE ALCOHOLIC TO CLOSE UP, AND YOU LEAVE, WHAT DO YOU THINK IS GOING TO HAPPEN WHEN YOU RETURN? NOW THINK ABOUT GIVING THE ECONOMIC KEYS TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. WE HAVE DONE THIS, AND LOOK AT WHAT'S HAPPENING!

  • Ok Leftards, we'll trade you Walker's removal for Obama's

  • Variety of teachers? Do you mean... marxist, leftist, liberal teachers?

  • @100waterloo With all the information out there about what caused the collapse and who warned against the collapse and you still blame nameless dastardly fat cats and corporations. Hey Pravda called, they want there lines back.

  • @100waterloo Isn't Obama and the rest of the Cronies that gave the banks money that they confiscated from the American Taxpayer. Yep that was it. So sorry your joke doesn't work. Has to be an element of truth in a joke to be funny.

  • Profit is not a 4 letter word commie scum.

  • @100waterloo You are such an idiot. I am in business and the regulations and the fees are killing me and all who do what I do legally.

  • @100waterloo Nope. Chris Dodd and Barney Fwank had a lot to do with it. Look it up if your commissar lets you do that.

  • @100waterloo You are such an idiot. A useful idiot as they say. Look up Barney Frank, Chris Dodd and the Fanny and Freddie scandal. Look up who warned it would happen. Pres. Bush and John McCain. The commies have a real field day with your side. You are so easy to brainwash. What talking points were fed to you today. Let me see Koch brothers bad, Haliburten, evil greedy corporations etc. You are such a dupe. You let the commies vilify the Koch brothers before you know anything about them.

  • Go Walker! Get a walker you cannot afford after you sell your soul for the quick fix like Nafta. Reagan and Milton Friedman in 80's nafta on table clinton signed = corrupt both political parties so shut the f*ck up robot force changing republicans. Woodstock was famous for a reason and you messed with 70's show Wisconsin Badgers and Greenbay Packers. Take your sellout Cowboys and immigration floodgate and keep it in your George Bush who could not find Bin Laden. Patton would killed him

  • Go swallow a few vicoden Rush and go back to sleep. You are just as insignificant as when you were in your glory bashing Clinton, same old rhetoric. You really should get that drug problem under control. You're embarrassing yourself again. Why don't YOU get a real job? I know, you're a pathetic little right wing drug addict journalist that can't do real work. You should be thanking liberal minded people for the opportunity to even be able to get rehab. Now move along.

  • Rush slams the unions for 'declaring war'? He's a little late. The health care industry declared war on public budgets years ago, when it raised premiums by 10% per year. Are you surprised that the monster finally ate the whole public trough? Were you surprised that the bankers who took $3 trillion in public money paid themselves $100 million bonuses while the middle class lost their jobs? Now there's no tax base, the money is concentrated in the hands of the few.

  • German conservatives in America and conservative Mexican Catholics, are you starting to see a tea party pattern here?

  • Bush gave into Nafta even more because he needs the hispanic vote. Immigration is fine but to let the floodgate open like Bush allowed is greed. America cannot compete with child slavery and 50 cent wages in other countries. Right to work actually a right to screw us over and a right to be a modern day slave. I think Tea Party's must have some tequila as their tea bags and screwing some hispanic as their mistresses and sugar daddy's.Hey tea baggers go pay another immigrant cash&screw taxpayer

  • Tea party so-called hard workers will blame a black man for not willing to work for miniumum wage but they themselves would let foolish pride get in the way and be lazy and not work for minimum wage (fast food) IF THEY HAD A DEGREE and were unemployed. America cannot compete with other nations who supports child labor and 50 cent wages like China & Mexico. Mexican conservative catholics are bringing our economy down.

  • Milton Friedman, another conservative preaching about so-called self responsibility. Yep, another way to exploit the poor. Tea blowers blame the poor of sponging tax payers money, yet during Reagan and Milton era in the 80's, Nafta was on the table to get things for free themselves off taxpayers. Free trade, was a sellout for America for a quick rich scheme. We can never bow down to mexico wages like the immigrants are willing to work for here in America. Right to Work to support&childslavery

  • Squash your George Bush tomatoes of all the years of overflowing immigration and bringing down our wages while he flinches during a terrorist act again. Unions deserve a right to be heard. There is good and bad unions just like politicians. What is to hid greedy republicans? Conservative German are known to be conservative. That should be a big enough sign who is more like Hitler. Racist Tea Grandma/pa baggers

  • The democrats are the bullies? Could it be they are getting tired of being bullied? This is a class struggle. These actions by the Republicans are acts of aggression against our people. Also, I can't believe the heading...anti-government. That should be a selling point for the Republicans. Rush is a fat druggie turd floating in the sewer of out political system. Flush the bastard.

  • @100waterloo Yes, its worked for them too. That's why American blacks have the highest standard of living among any group of blacks in any other nation. The 70's were a nightmare of stagflation under Carter. I know you want to go back to that but we won't let you. Sorry bout that.

  • I didn't notice anyone in the comments actually paint a picture of hardship. What horrible conditions are Wis. teachers working under people? Please fill us in.

  • Eradicate socialism by any means necessary!!!!

  • @amd376 Yes by all means. Let's start with the most socialistic organization ever created in history. US gov't sponserd, ceated and funded by your tax dollars; The United States military. If there exer was a socialist (boarding on communist) org it's the US military!!! Hypocrite.

  • We have been under fire before and prevailed long before anyone ever heard of Scott Walker and we'll be standing long after he's gone. This idiot has commited political suicide.

  • @CComb501 LONG LIVE SCOTT WALKER A MAN OF THE PEOPLE!!! UNIONS YOU BELONG TO THE DUSTBIN OF HISTORY!!!

  • @FriendlyGeekClassics Walker is a piss ant and has committed political suicide Bud.He will be the one relegated to the dustbin of history and Unions will be standing when no one can remember his name. This is the very reason Unions exist and are relevant and necessary as they were 50 years ago.Ironic the Union movement was turning apathetic and all he would have had to do was be civil but he chooses a direct and blatant assault. He's an egomaniac and will not succeed.Unions will prevail.

  • @CComb501 The very reason unions exist is to ensure that public employees contribute almost nothing toward their own benefits while the rest of us do? You have a laughable distorted view of the world.

  • @TheTypicalGirl It's not my view that's distorted. Your statement is baseless. Please educate yourself so you won't come across as being as stupid as you probably are...

  • @CComb501 The people will prevail which mean public-employee unions must be beaten back.

  • @TheTypicalGirl Um, yeah that's right dear. The Easter Bunny is comming to see you next month too I hear.

  • we need to open our minds people. You are fighting one another. Focus your energy on the corporations that run our government. Yes the dems and reps. Until we all see this none of this arguing and protesting does anything good. Just plays into the hands of the globalists.

  • hey dumbasses...there is NO MORE MONEY!!! Why is this such a difficult concept??

  • @kaydeevee Ok cut and cut and cut and cut.... Until you cut so much that there isnt anymore benefits and the people dont feel like their government is representing them anymore. You know what happens then? Revolution. You take rights away, and then revolution occurs. Republicans dont get that. IF they ever want to keep political power, they cant make themselves look like the bad guys. Keep the rights, but cut elsewhere. This is all about taking away unions.

  • It is not going to be a revolution....mabe a Civil War but not a revolution....By the way we republicans do get it that is why this is happening....We said we would take care of it and we are doing just that. Everyone knew that there had to be things done across the board that no one would like but would have to sacrifice for a better tomorrow!

  • @TigerghostPictures Goverement isn't representing you if they balance their fucking budgets? You only feel good about government when it's spending like a drunken sailor without regarding to anything but programs that make you feel good with no consideration for the catastrophe that would occur when the bill is finally due? You are why are country is in such a fucked up fiscal situation. You and people just like you who simply do not care about this problem.

  • @TheTypicalGirl Being fiscally responsible means that if the people want to keep these programs that they want, then they must be willing to pay for them. We are a selfish people in that we want the lowest taxes, but the best benefits. When the bill comes due we must be willing to pay for it. If that translates into a necessary raising in taxes, then so be it. Modern conservatives are cowards for not knowing how to make revenue.

  • @kaydeevee Michael Moore gave us that answer. They think there is more money but the rich have it all. They've never bothered to do the math on that though.

  • I am proud that I have been a part of these protests. I find Walker to be a god damn degenerate and a typical representative of a party that considers a B movie actor to be it's greatest hero. Oh, The gop's other great hero is a druggie criminal named Limbaugh.

  • It's not about how mush these people make, it's about the undoing of collective bargaining. So what if they make 100k/yr to educate our kids.High School grads in the energy sector make well over 100k for operating power plants in entry level jobs.I know I work in power plants. How much is a teacher with a Master's worth.Go attack the utilities if you want something to bitch about.Quit attacking your own...

BTW I thought we were rid of this scum Limbaugh.Same rhetoric as when he attacked Clinton

  • learn real economics.

  • @100waterloo I wouldn't trust ABC or MSLSD to watch my reefer let alone give me a straight shot news story. Look up the tax codes and get your own idea of what is paid and what is not. I just told you that they have to match SS funds. Employees pay income taxes and I posted the tax rates for married couples. They pay taxes! The liberal media and the AL Gore crowd would love to shut down the oil industry to bolster their investments in "green" energy. I wonder how much Gore has invested?

  • @burt64nyg Before you go off on a tangent, I don't trust Fox, CNN, CBS, NBC Al Jazzera and all the other bullshit news sources. This way of life has worked for over 200 years. The downfall of this country started in the 1960's with the social programs and the political correctness. It's not capitalism that if failing, it's the socialist virus that plagues it. You should look up Ronald Regan's coffee cup speeches, He explains the virus called Socialism. (And he was a Union Leader!)

  • @100waterloo I said Utility companies, look outside your house and count how many power lines you have, could you imagine if there was like 4 or 5 companies competing for your service? How many power lines would be running through your backyard then? GM is a piece of shit right now. You can thank greedy management, greedy unions, and a community organizer for the state that company is in. The should have dusted off Lee Iacocca and let him run GM. He saved Chrysler from doom back in the 80's.

  • @100waterloo No one said they do not want to pay some taxes. What we are sick of is the amount of taxes and regulations that is destroying capitalism and stealing our liberty. Redundant and unnecessary government agencies have to go.

  • @100waterloo Get off oil. What is going to produce the electricity to power your stupid electric cars. Idiots. All started because of a made up hoax called global warming. All started by leftists to take down the U.S.A. Hey smart guy why don't you look up the oil find that runs from North Dakota to Colorado. Increases our oil reserves by 10 times. Not to mention all the oil in the Gulf and all the oil in Alaska.

  • @100waterloo They are doing a fine job. Our schools are performing well... oh wait no, they are failing. Let's raise taxes and throw some money at it. That'll fix things.

  • Respond to this video... You really think this about taxes? This Tea Party Movement is about freedom and liberty. Taxes are the conduit to tyranny. But this is a freedom movement. Freedom from an over reaching government creating a ruling class and the "unclean masses." Read the U S Constitution, Declaration of Independence and our own proclamation to the Tea Part Movement at itsteatime dot o r g

  • @100waterloo If you were in business for yourself there is no way you could ever be a leftist unless you are an absolute idiot!

  • Respond to this video.... the tax rate is anything over 8g to16g is 15%, anything made after16g to 68g gets taxed at 15% anything made from 68g to 137g is taxed at 25%, anything made after 137g to 290g is taxed at 28%, anything made after 209g to 373g is taxed at 33% and anything made after 373g to whatever is taxed at 35%. You can look this up at the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. The rich get taxed too waterloo. It comes down to the spending of this money and how can we slow it.

  • @burt64nyg I made a mistake, the income for a person making 8000 to 16000 is taxed at 10%. My bad!

  • @100waterloo If I were you, I'd check your stats. I think your getting bullshitted my friend. A company not paying taxes? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA I can think of one tax right off the bat. Every company that's private must match the 6% tax rate the employee is paying for Social Security up to $105,000. I am not an economist, but I am taking Macro Economics and we just learned this not to long ago. Income is taxed as well, income being company profits. This is considered income and is taxed as well.

  • @burt64nyg It is not the system that is broken, it's the players we have in politics that are fucking things up. I don't agree with bailing out institutions like Goldman Sachs, Chrysler, and GM. If they need to fall then so be it. In my opinion, this will create competition among the companies to build a better car, make better financial decisions, which will create more consumption, which will lead to jobs and growth. The only companies that need to be monopoly are Utility companies.

  • @burt64nyg The problem with America is the creep of socialism.

  • @ThePackers123 Greed and Socialism is the problem, and our lack of finding and drilling for our own natural resources that we have plenty of. Everyone also thinks that the dollar is not worth anything, but there wrong. We still have the largest GDP bay far. No one can touch us in that department. The EU has 6 nations that are bankrupt because of there socialist policies. There is no way the Euro is going to replace the dollar As long as we don't get to 90% spending of our GDP, we'll be okay.

  • @burt64nyg We should drill though. We have over double the Natural resources of the World. I didn't say that. The USGS said that.

  • @ThePackers123 I had this argument with my sociology professor. I think the reason why we are not drilling is because the middle east is not an endless supply. They may know something we don't. My professor says that the rights to the land and sea have been sold. I don't think so. Even if they were, the federal government can claim eminent domain and seize the land. It was a great argument because he is a huge socialist.

  • @ThePackers123 These morons keep reading blogs and listening to news reporters and politicians with an agenda. The number don't lie. You can go to the any government website and look up the numbers for GDP, Unemployment, and Labor Numbers. Were actually pulling out of this recession, slowly but we are. The stimulus packages that Bush and Obama put in place are not going to effect the economy for a couple of years yet. The real problem is these lefty teacher that teach that capitalism is evil.

  • @burt64nyg Right but unemployment is only going down because people are running out of unemployment. Which they will blame on the Tea Party. It is because of the cuts not because of horrible policy.

  • @100waterloo No you are wrong. Why do you think " We the People" are so upset." Have you ever hired someone with your own money? Have you ever had a business with your own ass on the line? My guess is you haven't therefore you do not know what we are going through in the private sector.

  • @100waterloo The global warming hoax is all part of the same attack on capitalism and liberty. You need to have more friends than just the leftists that agree with everything you say. Narcissists like your ilk who think you are the smartest guys in the room are pathetic. You are being led like a bunch lemmings off a cliff while you sing your party songs. Look up Climate-gate ass. Look up the people that started the whole fraudulent theory. All committed leftists.

  • @100waterloo Add in 30,000.00 dollars of benefits you ninny.

  • @100waterloo Really? And here I thought that you were the one that throws out insults and name calls. By the way interesting article in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel today. Milwaukee Teachers average $101,000.00 per year when benefits are thrown in. That is the newspaper telling it like it is for once. Your side has lost and that is why the thugs were called in to get violent. The gravy train is coming to an end in Wisconsin and soon all over.Too bad.
