All of you are a bunch of nerds!!!! If u watch the weather channel for that long to notice the issue, you have problems!! Go get a girlfriend or someone you can talk to. By the way that commercial sucked ass!

The way the commercials are cued is via a GPI controller, said GPI controller can be really easily set off, for example, if the IS is rebooted improperly, a voltage trigger can flip the commercials to activate, maybe what happend (Commerical wise anyways).

When I wook up at 6 yesterday morinig, tuned into TWC, and saw the blue strip.
The LDL for DirecTV failed to cue at 1:58 yesterday.

The Dish IntelliStar was rebooted so it could receive the July 1st update to the cable IntelliStars (top LDL strip color change from gray to blue).
