There was only made 5000 copies of Dive in to the sun and costs ￥7350 (about $60 USD). It has 104 color page and a hard velvet cover, pictures taken in Hawaii + a CD with Gekkou yoku song including 2 extra pictures. Don't know if they're all sold out or not, but what I think is that you can only buy them in their concerts. I don't know if there is anyone who's selling those in the internet, but there may be some.
