Gotta make another trip through Groove Circuit mode, I'm afraid. After finishing it once, you unlock a new set of missions.

Can't you unlock it by getting 2 A ratings in a row on freeplay mode, then beating the computer ranking on this song?

Doing so won't unlock it permanently, however. It would just allow you to play it against the computer, and then you'd have to go through the process again.

can you beat it on basic, and doesn't have to be on like expert and get an AA?

Well, to unlock it, no, it has to be passed on Expert without any Boos to be unlocked. Goods and Almosts are okay however. Alternatively, you can play Groove Circuit mode up to that mission and play it there. All difficulties are available and it's almost as good as having it unlocked. :p

when you say this, you mean like you get a D and then it appears in groove??? You need to beat 3 or 4 songs and get AA and that not good for me. I good for some
