why are you using radio ammo there crap DPS try using multifrequincy if you got pulse lasers on if not try gamma for beam the range decrese is minor payoff for the DPS you gain

hide passive mods, stack at least four of your lasers for the larger targets.. fit hardners. and BC = level 3/some level 4.. not level 2.. thats a bit overkill

a harb can solo any lvl 3 missions, and well skilled/fitted one can take lower lvl 4s

right i have decided your set up for the harby is wrong you dont need a webber nor a noz pvp only insted get some heavey med lazers with multi x 6 and micro x 6 a small grav smarth bomb a slavager 3 tec 2 cap rech, 10mn after 1 heat sink 4 diffrent armor harderners 1 med carmor reapir and a heat sink then get 3 rigs that incress you cap (15m ones are best)

Incorrect. You get bonuses for up to five modules that have a penalty. It is rarely worth to fit more then three, however.

3 heatsinks is pretty standard for high dps fittings

Well if you're only going to do missions you can either tank it and add a little dps or go gank (2-3 heat sinks) + buffer (either shield or armour) to kill all the dps before your tank goes down. You can fit an armour repairer as well to repp up the damage your buffer tank took after each pocket.

It works the same with Tank, so really you could even go with this guys setup except take out the Armor repper and put in a Plate, or the repper and the resistance plate and 2 armor plates, which means you last awhile, and can do decent damage, now do that with a Navy Maller, and ouch.

depnds how you mean, for an awesome tank, go for a proph, or if you want an expendable ship, the Harbi is a damage boat, use a proph full tanked for bait and use the harbi to kill off prey, good fun

Erm, what tier cap recharges do you have equipped? If I, just train that skill, whatever it's called, Energy Grid systems I think, up to three. It takes a day and t2 cap recharges are so much better. Unless those were t2, in which case... O_o. For PvP though, go for Cap Booster 800's in a Harby.

Indeed, a harbi should only do L3s, l2s are for cruisers and frigates, A well Skilled and fitted harbinger can do a fair few of the Sansha/Blood Raider l4s with easer

Wee i know what u mean because I am a gallente and i currently have skils trained to the point that i can use gallente/amarr Battleships and Caldari cruisers, even tho i have heavy lasers and hybrid at lvl 5 i still wish i had been amarr first because i had to switch from gallente to amar then i just when wth and started training for caldari ships as well. But i guess it was worth it because i can use so many ships and im able to use what ever weapons i have avalible besides min stuff.

Love the Harginger, still training to get one as I have all my Energy support skills at 5, I should have started as Amarr, But Caldari is fine for my mission running. But yeah, I am gunna get one. Love the design and the module space.
