  • that is just a myth.. when you do deep squats your knees sometimes go over your toes.. his for is that off

  • this is one hard exercise to accomplish correctly tho

  • Bad form, dude. You need to extend you legs much further to prevent your knees from going over your feet. You are killing your knees
